Freedom Forever put the panels on and let the finance company know to start charging me interest back around 2/2/26 but the project is nowhere near being ready to have the system turned on. They have blamed SCE and the city for the delays only to find out that it really has been them dragging their feet and not following up on paying the city for the permits and reaching out to SCE timely to get things done. I am being charged for something that I am not receiving any benefit for. If you have a choice, do no choose them. If there was a way to get out of my contract and choose someone else, I definitely would.

I called So Cal Edison and the lady was not helpful at all, basically said not our problem call an electrician. I have two kids (1 & 3) in the bath and bedtime to follow so I googled emergency electrician and AC Electric popped up. I called the number and about 5 minutes after leaving a voicemail, Jeremy, the owner, calls me back and says he can be there within the hour. Shows up, checks to make sure everything was good and gets us up and running. Best thing, he didn't charge as it was more of a safety check than anything. I thought anyone I called after hours might take forever to arrive and charge a ridiculous amount but not in this case.
