Eric was very responsive from the get go. He was thorough in explaining the process and what was needed to complete the job...and then some! Eric's communication was awesome from the first time I reached out. He was professional, friendly, and professional. He let me know the morning of when he was on his way and progress getting here (his commute was 90 minutes away). I got a quote for material and he offered to call and get a better price and then I called in to pay for it. What a kind gesture! He and his crew were timely and efficient. Eric explained the process and showed us what he was going to do. When he ran out of material, he got more and when he charged us for the material and trip, he didn't price gouge. He showed us the receipt for the additional materials and that is what we paid. We couldn't be more happy with job and Eric's professionalism. I got a driveway repair, and went in with my next door neighbor on a slab between our driveways…read more The concrete looks great. However, another neighbor, on the other side asked for work too. The dumpster, which was supposed to be removed at the end of my job, was left behind on my property to collect debris from that job. In addition, in doing that job, my front lawn was used to drag debris across, and to throw refuse from the other job. I reached out to the owner, but he never responded. And worse, they came onto my property and used my water without my consent. That's not acceptable. A call to the office got a weak apology and a promise to cease using my resources and my property. As a result of this highly unprofessional behavior, I'd hesitate to recommend the company, and that's too bad, because the work is really nice. Had the owner been more responsive, I might feel differently.
