They hid it as best they could (just enough to hide the mistake to most folks). At this point I should have let them go and found someone else. My mistake. At the end of the job I noticed that the patio was not close to level and based upon the way they had built it, about 1/4 of the patio would be completely unusable. Angel said it would correct itself over time and not to worry they would come back if it didn't. This was after they had been paid, so I was powerless. It still looks bad, cracks are forming, and is completely unusable. The grade is 4" over 9', but even worse, it is towards the house so when it rains, the water flows towards the house, not away. I've contacted them many times. They said they would fix it. To this date nothing has been done.

I contacted a number of landscapers, met with several and requested proposals from 3 of them. RScapes was by far the most responsive and engaged in coming up with a specific plan and working out all the details to make it happen within our available funding and in a quick timeframe. While I was initially concerned by the lack of other reviews available, I felt more comfortable as I talked with Vaughn and Trevor and they provided feedback on the design. When Trevor and his helper came to do the job a week later, I and our other HOA members who worked on the project were extremely impressed by their cooperative attitude, strong work ethic and design sense in arranging the plants that they had selected for our various planting beds. They also helped us save some of the plants they dug up for us to re-use in another area that had no landscaping, and trimmed them back so that their shallow roots would have a better chance of supporting them in their new location. If I had another landscaping project to do, I would definitely hire RScapes again, and I will recommend them without reservations to others in need of the such work.

Let me tell you... EVERYONE needs a company like 770 Bam Tree and owner Robert Broadwater in their…read morelife!! My boyfriend and I live up in Springfield, TN (about 40 minutes north of Nashville). A couple weeks ago, we had a tornado come through, and we ended up having 16+ trees come down on our property. We were devastated. One of the trees fell directly on our house onto our front porch, and the others landed in our driveway, completely blocking entry and exit access for us. After calling a couple local companies, no one was willing to come out and look at it for at least a couple of weeks, and another company wanted to charge us $30k+ just to use a crane for removal of just the ONE tree on the house. I am pregnant and felt completely overwhelmed and worried for our safety. The front porch was beginning to make popping noises because of the weight of the tree, and I knew I had to get someone out to help us soon. I grew up in Cumming, GA and knew 770 Bam was a very reputable company. I called Robert up on Friday afternoon and told him my situation, and the very next day, Saturday, he was at our house analyzing the job with two other guys. Again... our house is 4.5 hour drive from Cumming, GA and they had no qualms about making the trip out here to help me out. On Sunday morning, he had a full team assembled to tackle the job. He had numerous trucks, chippers, a crane, and at least 12 guys onsite for us. It was a huge job for them, but they didn't skip a beat. If you need any sort of tree work done on your house, PLEASE do yourself a favor and call on 770 Bam. Their attention to detail and willingness to always put their customer's safety first and foremost is something that is hard to find these days. We are customers for life! :)

Do not recommend Peachtree pavers. Spent over $9K on a driveway project with them and the owner,…read moreMatt has taken zero accountability for the outcome. He has provided numerous excuses as to why the additional pavers are not level including, I did not meet him on-site and "specifically ask" that the additional pavers be installed level, he sees nothing wrong with it and that this is what he would do at his own home. Because he did "only" what I asked, they've wiped their hands clean of the project. I communicated to the contractor that I would have been happy to pay more money if it meant getting additional pavers installed level. There has been no proposal to fix the issue or remedy it even by payment. I found this contractor thru Belgard certified contractors because I trusted that they fully vet their contractors. I've obviously reached out to Belgard directly express dissatisfaction on the project. I've worked with numerous contactors over the years for different types of projects and this experience has been extremely frustrating. The final outcome and lack of professionalism on the back end from Matt is bothersome. Again, do not use this company. I am prepared for a lengthy response with numerous reasons as to why the outcome was a "great" one. The pictures of where they "installed" brand new pavers shows enough. This was not simply following street elevation. Take the money and run contractor. Their communication after the project was at its best when offering promotional swag 3 times soliciting us to leave positive reviews.
