Brisket Biscuit Pork Belly Bites 3 Baby Back Ribs 3 Baby Back Ribs Loaded Potato Salad 3

Best bbq around. Great prices great bbq, great company. The pork belly bites when you get that perfect batch of delicious non chewy fat is perfection. The brisket is great. The sauce is bomb. When the brisket biscuits come right out omg that dough is heaven. Bite them then stuff the jalapeños, onions, and pickles and bbq...bomb. The owner and all workers are so sweet, nice and all that! I went once, and have been back every Saturday!! It's that good just saying. Love it, but don't make my line longer lol btw thier potato salad is the best I've ever had!!

I had a huge craving for ribs and I have been seeing this bbq food truck in Euless for some time so I decided to check it out. I got chopped brisket and pulled pork along with a half rack of ribs, potato salad and also wanted to try the brisket biscuits. Their bbq sauce is very good. It's sweet with a little spice and it's great with the pork. My husband liked the brisket and my son had the pulled pork. The ribs were amazing and even better later when I reheated them. The brisket biscuits were huge and one will definitely fill you up. They were different but very good. Overall it was pretty tasty and a good place for some good bbq.

At least 5 people have told me about this place but I normally work on the weekends. My first and sadly my last here. I finally had a Saturday off( the only day they open) and well I'm moving and it's the last weekend in Texas. They are open until everything is gone. I ordered the brisket biscuit, pork belly, 2 plate meat with ribs and beef brisket side of beans and potato salad. Seriously everything was so yummy. My favorite was the pork belly then the brisket biscuit. I was thinking of getting a bottle of the bbq but saw chipotle in it and didn't get it. I'm so disappointed the sauce was SO good!! Not too spicy at all. Service was good. Get there early! I got there a few minutes after they opened and there was already a line.

Wow. Oh, wow! This is probably THE BEST barbecue my husband and I have ever had. I loved the smoky flavor in every bite of ribs and brisket! The pork belly bites are smothered in a delicious bbq sauce and cooked until the entire bite just melts in your mouth like cotton candy in the rain. And you can't forget about the sides! You MUST get a pint of the potato salad! These scalloped potatoes are creamy and tastes like sour cream and onion! We ordered the sausage and sliced brisket, but they were out of sausage so we subbed it with ribs. I'll never know how good the sausage is, but the ribs have a great smoky flavor. They're only open on Saturdays and until 3!

Ribs are consistently awesome.

Still as good as the first time. This is a gem in the mid-cities that shouldn't be missed.

By the time the store opened, the line had grown to being over twenty parties long, so plan accordingly if you don't want to be waiting for a while. Between the four in our party, we shared a three meat BBQ plate with bacon burnt ends, brisket, and their house made sausage. For our two sides, we chose their hatch chile mac n cheese and their Mexican street corn. Following the recommendations of many Yelpers, we also ordered two of the brisket tostadas and two of the birria tacos. When we received our plate of meat, I was a bit surprised at how little of each meat there was on the plate, but in hindsight, this ended up being the perfect amount of food, where everyone was able to get a sample of everything. Of the items we ordered, my favorite was definitely the burnt ends. These were melt in your mouth tender, and was insanely rich and decadent. Each of the three pieces in our order had a beautiful bark on the outside that resulted in a satisfying crunch with every bite. The casing to the sausage was snappy and the sausage itself was very juicy. The brisket was fall apart tender. The brisket was a bit light on seasoning, so I ended up using the Aztec Gold BBQ sauce they had sitting at the table with it. The sides that we chose were both delicious. The pasta in the mac n cheese was cooked perfectly and the noodles was generously sauced. The elote was sweet and smokey, and the Cotija cheese added creaminess to the side. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Hurtado Barbecue and wouldn't hesitate to recommend a visit if you're in Texas and are looking for great tasting BBQ.

Rating: 6.5/10 Date Last Visited: 7/12/2026…read more I ordered Brisket ($35/lb), Pork Ribs ($29/lb), the Texas Twinkie ($6), and a quart of Hatch Chili Mac N Cheese ($15). The brisket and pork ribs were decent, but honestly pretty dry and lacking in flavor when compared to some other BBQ places in DFW. For the price, it's pretty similar to other BBQ in the area. The Texas Twinkie is a jalapeño stuffed with cream cheese and brisket and wrapped in bacon. It was my favorite item as the cream cheese and bacon balanced out the spiciness of the jalapeño. The mac n cheese was also delicious with the perfect amount of spice. The service was great too as they made a mistake on my order and quickly corrected it. I like that this place is open daily and for dinner too. Overall, I would recommend this place if you're in the area and looking for some BBQ, but if you're a huge fan of BBQ then I recommend going to the other top BBQ places.

There were six of us, and we picked everything from the smoker we could see. The barbecue was everything you hope Texas BBQ will be--beautifully smoked, incredibly tasty. The meat was tender with just and every bite reminded us why Texas has earned its legendary reputation. I know claiming one barbecue joint is better than the rest of Texas is a bold statement, but after this meal, I'm willing to make it. Texas may set the gold standard for barbecue, and this place somehow manages to rise above it. If I'm back in Dallas, this will be one of my first stops. BB

I've never had BBQ this tasty, and it's on another level compared to the places I've gone to back home. I told the gentleman cooking that this was my first time, and he gave me tips on getting smaller portions so I could try more offerings. I'm glad I did because I wanted to focus on the meat! As I worked my way down the line, everyone was helpful with asking if I wanted bread, what deserts were worth trying, and closing the transaction. The workers who clean off the tables are also amazing. I was able to practice my Spanish with them. Thank you Hard Eight BBQ for making me feel welcome. I'll definitely come by again when I'm in town!

Just to the right of the sign were two Level 2 chargers. We each ordered two 2 meat plates, which included two sides. When we got home and opened the to-go boxes, we realized we had WAY over-ordered. We had enough for two meals for each of us! We had chicken and pork ribs, mac & cheese and flat green beans. It was very tasty with a sweet and spicy barbecue sauce. I spoke with the owner and thanked him for supporting EVs, to which he replied, "How could I not? It's what's coming. How could I not get on board?" He mentioned that quite a few of his customers found him on Plugshare.com and stop by regularly for a meal and charge. I had to Google "So mote it be."

What happened today was unacceptable from the moment we walked in. The place was visibly dirty and completely unappetizing. The back area was mostly hidden behind what looked like a shower curtain, which did nothing to inspire confidence. There appeared to be only one man working, and he came out only a few times during the entire 45 minutes we waited. Even more concerning, there was a child who looked to be about eight or nine years old wearing latex gloves and repeatedly coming out to the front, apparently helping with restaurant tasks that no child should be doing. Despite having prepaid through Too Good To Go, no one acknowledged us for nearly 10 minutes. We stood in a hot dining room with almost no air conditioning while the child wandered in and out and the adult remained behind the curtain. More people arrived behind us, also with prepaid orders, until there were about 10 people waiting. We watched three other customers receive their food before us. One was a DoorDash driver, which made sense, and one woman had arrived before us. However, another woman with a very small order was served ahead of us even though she arrived after we did. When the man finally came out, we showed him our Too Good To Go order. He swiped the app, marking our order as picked up, then disappeared behind the curtain again and never returned with our food. After waiting 45 minutes in a sweltering dining room on a nearly 100-degree Texas day, we gave up. We left without the food we had already paid for. At that point, losing the cost of the meal was preferable to staying in that environment any longer. This was one of the worst pickup experiences I have ever had. Between the unsanitary conditions, the lack of staff, the presence of a child apparently performing restaurant tasks, the complete absence of customer service, and the fact that we never even received the order we had already paid for, I can say with complete confidence: We will never return.

Our second drink was from the hh menu even though we had no business having a second cocktail. To start, we shared the fried green tomatoes.
