So my car broke down and I got it towed to Greens and they said that they were ordering the part to fix my car that same day. Well the day after he tells me that he ordered the wrong part. Said they ordered a bundle and the part that was needed was in it. Clearly it wasn't. I've now been without my car for over a week. I went to check to see if they had gotten the part or started on it or anything and when I got there it was in the air as they all stood there. Doing absolutely nothing. read more

I stoped in to get some tires didn't even make it to the door and got attitude and a smart ass mouth off of someone that works there never even made it to the door. Do not go here. They are assholes. read more

Green's was a big help to me! They figured out a problem with my pick-up truck that the dealer couldn't. Excellent service!

I had my Toyota Corolla serviced there and was very pleased. The service was excellent, and I have had no other troubles with my car. I will return in the future if needed. read more

If I could I would leave zero stars. Today I went to have an inspection done on my car. When I arrived there wasn't a very welcoming attitude but it was nothing that really caught my attention. I was told that it would be a 15 minute wait, they were working on two cars so that made since and was perfectly understandable. After waiting 30 minutes (may I add both cars they were servicing had already been picked up and taken home by their owners) I walked into the office to see why no one had helped me yet and I was told by one of the workers that it would take them 15 minutes to get to me... the same thing I was told 30 minutes ago... when I told him I had been there for a half hour, he told me "they'll get to you when they can okay, you should just go up to the snappy lube honestly". I would truly love to know what it is about me that made Greens Automotive refuse me service without even taking a look at my car? Why were there 3 mechanics there, with no cars in the shop and not a single person would take the time to even look at my vehicle? Unfortunately the only answer that I have for that is because I am a black woman. Seconds after I began to walk to my car, furious, confused, and upset, a white man pulled in with his jeep and the same man that refused me service immediately went out to his car and asked him what he needed help with. I'm appalled to see this behavior in 2021. By the way, I did go to snappy lube and they had me in and out in 15 minutes. Half the time I spent sitting in the parking lot of Greens Automotive, where I was refused service. Wether it be race that was the cause of this horrendous act or not, this type of behavior is unacceptable and only cost your business money. read more

My car started making a horrible noise and they told me it was normal. Treated me like I was overreacting. Turns out my car had no power steering fluid and they did absolutely nothing. Have to get a new $600 pump now. Don't ever go here. read more

Green's used to be a great full service gas station. Those days have passed. The owner has become extremely unpleasant and seems bothered by simple requests for help. Keep driving. read more

Ordered tire thru Goodyear, confirmed appointment for Friday. Drove an hour to Sylva, nobody there. Made numerous phone calls, no answering machine. No reply. No phone call explaining the situation. Tried calling again today ( Saturday). Still no answer. Cancelled order, will reorder tires and have them put on elsewhere. Pretty lousy service. Would definitely NOT recommend. Waste of time. read more

Best tire service in town! Friendly and fast.

i can not believe how this business put my life & my daughter's life in danger. we were on vacation & the brakes went out on my vehicle. i went here & they stated that i needed new brakes & rotors on my vehicle. they charged me $250. after getting home & a few months later i had to take my vehicle back to my mechanic in my home state. he told me that this place did not replace my brakes or rotors & that i am very lucky to be alive as i almost wrecked my vehicle with my kids inside when i lost my brakes again. it has only been 7 months since they were replace. right...my mechanic told me i still had the factory brakes on my vehicles & the rotors are the original ones too. how can a shop put someones life in danger like that. they ripped me off big time & almost killed me & family in the process. thank goodness i know how to stop a vehicle when the brakes go out. my dad taught me well on that. would i recommend this shop to anyone else. no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! especially if you are a woman!!!!!!!!!!! read more
