My teenage sone went hiking in the Pisgah National Forest, somehow he got 2 flat tires and it was Sunday night 4th of July week! We lived 3 hours away so we started trying to find a tow service to get them to a town where the car could be repaired on Monday and the guys could get a room for the night. Someone we spoke with suggested Queens and when we called we got Kenny, he was so nice and said he could get them within 30-40 minutes (which he did). He not only towed the car to a tire repair shop he drove my son and his friends to a hotel where they could they could at least rest until the following day. Kenny was so nice and kept us updated, told my husband the condition of the tires and recommended the tire shop that did the repair. The cost was more than reasonable and I would not hesitate to use Queens again. Thank you so much from a very worried mother! read more

These guys are saints on wheels! On 4th of July we got a flat on Forest Rd 229 in the pisgah National Forest, it's an unpairs narrow road with steep edges that snakes up the mountain. The jug nut lock broke so we were stranded with no way of getting down the mountain side. A very kind mountain biker stopped and tries to help but there was no way of getting that lug nut off. So he gave us a ride down the mountain. We were about 30-45 minutes up the mountain with no cell service, which is nice until you need to make a call! He brought us to Queens and we didn't expect anyone to be open on the 4th of July holiday. I called the number on the door and Hugh answered! He picked me up within 30-45 minutes and we headed up the mountain. He backed that big wrecker up that little dirt road about 2 miles! It was amazing. We loaded up the truck and he dropped it off at the tire shop. I thought for sure we were going f to be stranded up there until after the holiday weekend. NOPE! Very unprofessional and very rude. Kenny was advised by a law officer to pull the car from the ditch coming from the opposite direction. Kenny decided to do it his way and caused an additional $900.00 worth of damage. Then refused a refund of the tow after incuring further damage, followed by cussing my son out. read more
