He took all my relative CASH for over two years, (yes you read that right, TWO years). After many broken job completion dates (4 WEEKS was the time frame he quoted TWO years ago! promises that the vehicle would be ready were broken time after time. You ask why my relative let the vehicle stay for that long........ it's because A. Waters accepted his CASH each time, but never delivered on his WORD nor his WORK. My relative felt he was to far into the CASH, he really just wanted his vehicle! A. Waters accepted CASH in the mid 4-digits. My relative went to pick his vehicle up today, January 30, 2024. Believe me when I say the vehicle was in worse shape on the pick-up, than the drop-off. So needless, to say the quality of his work is horrible. (Side note...he painted just the hood of another relative car, due to gravel dents paint does not match, the car is white, now, tell me how are you not able to match paint? I'm a kind of lame person to this industry, but I do know that to get the correct paint match you purchase the paint by the vehicles make/model/year. This owner is a joke!!!! He should be paying my relative, because he didn't return all the parts to the vehicle, he didn't cover parts of the vehicle as he was painting so now paint is in places it's not supposed be, on the windows, in the motor everywhere. So IF this guy does not go out of business soon. this is your WARNIN, WARNING do NOT take any vehicle to A. Waters / this shop!!!!!
