I needed my annual exam done, and I needed new glasses as I knew my vision had changed. I scheduled an appointment with Dr.Wang and she was amazing. She was very thorough, and we discussed my medical history in-depth. After my appointment, I met with the staff member David to go over my options for glasses. He was so much fun, and I found the perfect pair. The whole process was easy, and I was so happy to find a pair of glasses AND sunglasses. I also love the fact that I can walk to the office from my house, so that is a HUGE plus. The staff at the check-in desk were super sweet. I have nothing but positive things to say about this practice, and I will see everyone next year!

It just made no sense. I came here, they were very quick, sweet, and had lots of variety to choose from. They also had designer frames which I like. Dr. Buldavino was our eye doctor. She was so thorough and explained everything. I really like her. She helped me understand a lot of my eye issues. She made it so easy to learn. I definitely will be back. I paid my exact copay and I paid for the picture of my eyes (which was very competitive pricing) and for the lens copay. Everything was clean from the rooms to the frame where area to the restrooms. There is parking but it can get packed. The staff is nice. I was happy that I could communicate via text. I came to him originally with red stinging eyes and he realized right away that I needed a special kind of contacts... my previous eye doctor tried several kinds but I still had the redness and stinging. Dr. Rice nailed it and got me back to normal on the first try. SO HAPPY! Since my initial visit, I've been back routinely and he's still the same great doctor with the same great laid-back attitude. The staff was rude and unprofessional I am an individual with disabilities and the receptionist I was speaking with was talking to me as if I were stupid when all I wanted was to know why my glasses were hurting my head something I've never experienced before. I felt discriminated against in the way I was spoken too as if I were a child being scolded. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Don't come here save yourself a headache. Dr. Joy Nakabayashi was amazing an answered all of my questions and provided me my options. Next step select glasses I went with the Ray Ban's since I've been wearing them off and on for years. I did have an issue with the glasses, had to get them adjusted multiple times, finally Pat the office manager had me come in an select a new pair that she felt would be more comfortable for my needs. Now that is superior customer service! Everyone in the office was really cool and didn't give me any grief for coming in five times to get the adjustments. Dr. Joy, you have a great team!
