Him and his wife are the nicest people who really care about your eye health and making sure you're comfortable and understand everything. The rest of the staff is also incredibly kind. They also ensure you're always paying the fairest prices and are very honest and explain what you're getting charged for, which is not always the case at other optometrists. I have been going to Poolsaad Family Vision for quite some time now. I was relieved that I could be seen on such short notice. My eyes were burning, putting in and taking out contacts hurt, wearing contacts was pretty much impossible, the sunlight was just blinding, and I was panicking that something must be seriously wrong. Thankfully prescribed antibiotic ointment and lubricating eyes drops, and hopefully eyes heal up good. read more

Easily the best eye care I've ever received. I get glasses, contacts, and have cataracts even though I'm young so I'm very picky on what doctor to get care from. The doctors here are thorough, knowledgeable, and super kind. They answered all my questions with clarity and took the time to really understand my concerns. I never felt dismissed or ignored. I love this place. They are so nice. They just moved it is clean and organized. I do not know about the old location. The part I like best is, their staff each have a job so they are quick. Parking is ok. I have not had any problems. Some doctors over book so you do not know how late they would be. But, because he has each staff member with a specific job everything move smooth and you don't have to wait they don't overbook looks like I liked the doctor and technicians. Scheduled my appointment and I arrived on time. The front desk assistant was welcoming and quickly signed me in after asking me a few questions. I sat down in the waiting area and I was immediately called to follow the other assistant in the eye exams room. This assistant guided me through the exams and explained every step of the way. All the assistant la were pleased and had a good demeanor about them. Dr. Poolsaad was also very informative and he knew what he was doing. Facility was nicely decorated and clean. Staff was great. Wait time was only a couple of minutes before my name was called. A couple of tests were done in one room and then I was taken to another room to await the doctor. Doctor was very professional, personable and a good listener. He asked relevant questions about my eye history and overall health. Since I hadn't been for an eye exam in about 20 years I had a few questions which he promptly answered. After getting my eyes checked at Costco optical, I decided to go elsewhere since I had changed insurance. It was 4 min away from my home so it gave them a try and I'm glad I did! The staff and very welcoming and friendly. The Dr was great! I felt his exam was thorough and well explained. He took his time and never once made me feel my time was up. I think this is the best eye check up I've ever had! Not to mention the lady who helped me pick my glasses. I was done with my selection of glasees and out the door in 10 min. I met Aaron and he is the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and thorough doctor I've ever met. He walked me through each process, often asked if I had any questions and had a great sense of humor. He made it comfortable and friendly, which is saying a lot in a place where you feel wrong for not being able to read all the letters correctly lol. Their equipment is also top notch. Was able to get some imaging done and had my eyeballs explained to me in a way I've never even heard of, but using simple enough words that I'd understand. The staff was also exceedingly well at handling small children of any age. They made things fun which made the kids feel comfortable and not like they're at the doctors. I will 100% be coming back here and recommending this place to anyone who needs an exam, new glasses, contacts, or just a yearly optical check up.
