He explained each step in detail, he informed us on what to expect during the process, and he was always honest with what could be done. Alyssa was awesome when it came time to deal with our adjuster who was just a nightmare. Alyssa was always very patient when it came to working with me and my crazy work schedule. Jarred is super professional, very detail oriented, and went above and beyond. Andy's attention to detail is amazing, he too was very professional and always so polite. Marlin's attention to detail is wonderful as well, he is always so nice, professional too. On the last day that Marlin and Andy were at my house finishing up the project, they even unpacked and put together our new sectional in the loft PLUS they cleaned up the packaging and took it away when they left. All the work we had done for the price we paid is another reason we will recommend Atlantis to anyone who needs any type of work on their home. Thank you guys for such an AMAZING job!!! Amazing! I would rehire SERVPRO of Huntington Beach again in a minute. Don't hesitate, they are…read moretop-notch professionals and care about doing a good job as much as you do. We had a hoarder renter in our high-end unit. The smells were hard to tolerate; the carpets and walls were a mess (see before pics), and there was mold in the garage due to a leaky pipe. The door handles were missing, as were the closet doors. Holes in the walls, greasy cabinets, walls, and ceilings. The smoke detectors were missing, and nearly everything else was either broken or missing altogether. Once all the junk was removed, we didn't know where to turn. We called SERVPRO of HB (note that not all SERVPROs are equal, so be sure to have the correct office). We met with Eddy, and he immediately calmed us down with his soft-spoken manner and his amazing command of the situation. He knew exactly what to do to move us from panic to calm. Eddy not only knew what to do on the repairs, but he also had a keen sense of style. It was as if he could see the finished product through all the ugly distractions. He provided us with a detailed estimate within a couple of days to bring everything back to a fresh and new-looking state. I must say, we first thought he might be exaggerating. I mean, the place was terrible-looking and smelled, all 2,300 sq. ft. of it. As it turns out, he did everything he promised. In fact, we had never seen the place look so good. The provided pictures do not do justice to the transformation. Everything smelled fresh and looked like a brand new home. Their attention to detail was top-notch, as was their constant updates. They met their three-week goal. By the time they were done, the place was move-in ready. Thank you, SERVPRO, and especially Eddy, who stayed with us the whole way. What an amazing company.

From start to finish, Zac and his team guided us through every step of the process, and the final product turned out even better than we could have imagined. They truly gave us our forever home. All work was properly permitted and completed within the estimated timeline they originally provided. Like any major project, a few issues came up along the way, but Zac was always there to work with us and help get everything across the finish line smoothly. What really stood out was the level of support even after the project was completed. Zac continued to take our calls and help address the little nuances that naturally come with a remodel of this size. We would absolutely use Zac and the Well Done team again and highly recommend them to anyone considering a remodel or addition project.

I was looking for a team to complete a full remodel of my HB cottage, and wanted to engage someone that could manage the process for me from start to finish. I gave them an initial budget and they put together a design for me...the cost of which they subsequently estimated would be more than 2x my budget. When I let them know that we were going to stick to my initial budget, they seemed to lose interest in my project. They became extremely slow to respond, and worse, the process for getting City approvals lagged. I had to constantly check in with them to get status updates...so much for project management. From engagement to approved plans took almost ten months. In contrast, the contractor I hired to actually implement the plans completed construction in six months....and that's after taking into account that the contractor had to wait an extra month while Well Done finished processing plans with the City.
