Scheduling his time was easy too, Joe was flexible on dates so we could land on a date and time where I could be in-person. On the day of the inspection, he arrived right on-time (10 mins early to be exact). Joe was very thorough in his inspection, explaining what he was seeing as he was seeing it. He was helpful in answering my questions during the inspection as well. After the inspection, Joe sent us an incredibly detailed inspection report, complete with pictures, arrows and descriptions to go along with them. The report was very clear to follow and very helpful in the next step of our home buying process.

When my wife and I made the decision to sell again and not rent we knew it was time to switch to another realtor and we wanted to make sure that this time it was someone that we felt comfortable with, would provide us with updates and insight on the best way to sell our home. Dale King with Esham Real Estate stood out. I knew after talking with Dale that we would be able to trust him with our home. He asked a lot of questions and really found out what our needs were and he spent all the time we needed answering questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned our home would be tough to sell based on our last experience but Dale made the process incredibly easy. What really blew us away was we barely got the sign in the ground and got an offer with the very first couple!! Our house went under contract and we had it sold within a month. We had some things that needed to be fixed but Dale walked us through every bump and every step of the closing process. It really couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I would most certainly recommended Dale King with Esham Real Estate to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find someone that will work harder.
