They clearly knew the product was bad because they provided full refund but even the replacement plants are not in good shape. Mike is the person you deal with for issues with plants and he couldn't be more nasty. He even admitted to me they knowingly sold me hundreds of dollars of trees two days before they announced a 50% off everything sale and said wouldn't you do the same in your line of work. My boyfriend went in and the man he worked with was also miserable and nasty.
