Good food and service. I've now eaten here 3 times....ordering the same thing all 3 times, which is the veggie burger. The food hasn't been super consistent (look wise), but it's always really tasty. Ate there yesterday for the first time, and what sad lunch we had. Our meatball subs were stone cold, and I'm guessing my chips fell off on the way to the table. The real kicker was when I asked for a to-go box for a half a sandwich, no can do. The server snatched the plate from my friend while she was still eating the first half, and took it to the kitchen to put it in a box. We went there for lunch. The manager/owner was strange and not very friendly. The service was sslllooowwww! We waited 20 mins for a taco salad and wrap. The taco salad came with 2 stale chips and the wrap had no fries or chips accompanying it. Almost $10 for the wrap! Expensive, slow service, and mediocre food. Try some place else. read more

We were looking for a location for our company Christmas party (a group of 14) that was going to offer a varied menu and comfortable space. Greene's came highly recommended. They were very easy to work with in booking our event. We arrived the day of to find a space ready for us and very friendly staff ready to help with drink selections and answer any questions. The food was AMAZING. We tried a wide variety of items from the menu and nothing disappointed. This was a first time visit for all of us to Green's but it definitely won't be the last! read more

On a Friday evening during open hours they had some kind of painting event and tried to take over all the tables even though no one came to the painting thing (started at 6:00, 3 people there by 6:40). Guess they don't want paying customers who are already there to sit and enjoy a beer. Oh, and if you want something out of the cases for sale there's a corkage fee per bottle of beer, so really hope you like one of the 8 beers on tap. French fries were decent though. With better places like Elizabeth Station in town I won't be going back to Greene's Corner. read more

Was on my way to Kulshan and saw this place. Stopped in got a beer and a slice. The pizza was very good, the beer selection amazing. Came with a group later, they accomodated us very well and even provided table service, where usually you order from the counter. The selection of good is great, they have a good wine selection. When Greene's Corner was out on Smith and Northwest, it was always worth the drive but I am SO HAPPY they have moved into town right over on James Street by Kulshan Brewery. I am absolutely addicted to the Taco Salad (served with pulled pork or beans) and they have some of my favorite pizza in town. Most recently I had the "seasonal" slice which was a breakfast pizza, one of the most delicious slices I have ever had so I bought a slice to go for breakfast the next morning! I also love the clam chowder and the biscuits and gravy. All their soups and sauces are made from scratch and you can tell. This is a great undiscovered place for brunch Saturday and Sunday, inexpensive food without the long wait. The new space is really big so it is great for big parties. The tap selection is huge and varied (they also have wine and Kombucha) but if you don't find what you want, you can open a can or bottle from the expansive bottle shop and enjoy it there or take it to go. Greene's bottle shop can only be rivaled by Elizabeth Station here in town. Thank you for moving into town Greene's, I'll be seeing you every couple of days! read more

Not good at all. I had the biscuits and gravy. What the! Sweet gravy? Awful. The biscuit was mediocre and just on the cusp of being burned on the bottom. My son had the breakfast pizza. He is highly allergic to onions. We really stressed the onion allergy to the waitress but the pizza came, laced with onions. Hardly anyone there while we were there and I can certainly understand why. read more

So thankful for Greene's Corner, my go to stop on my way home for whatever food/bev needs I have! Delicious food (okay I've only ever had their tofu Bahn mi & their Caesar salad but they hold up after several years), variety of beer selection for both in house and to go consumption, and prompt service. Highly recommend if you want a quick stop for a variety of beers! They do have an extended outdoor section with umbrellas which seems nice as well. read more

I've only been to Greene's corner twice because of it's presence on the Bellingham Tap Trail. Both times I've visited this establishment I've been disappointed by the prices and the service I've received. We were under the impression that Greene's corner was much like Elizabeth Station and figured pricing would be similar. I know we shouldn't make assumption, but the price for a can of beer was way overpriced. The second time I visited I went with a couple friends to earn our stamp, wanting to be responsible driver I asked for a 12 oz. pour and was refused a stamp because it wasn't a pint. Since I was denied I retracted my order and opted for the designated driver stamp and tried ordering coffee instead (which is permitted on the tap trail). The server argued with me about this request and I had to point it out to her on passport. I've never had any other brewery or taproom argue with me about the size of beverage I received especially since my partner was getting the full size. I've never been to a business that would refuse a sale over 4oz. I will not be returning. read more

Before I start this review I have to let you know that I used to live near Greene's Corner when it was located out in Whatcom County and I really miss it. The good news is that is just a short drive away in Bellingham and I can still go there. The owners have created a very friendly customer oriented venue in a very active neighborhood (Sunnyland). They have an amazing choice of taps and tons of different bottled beer. They have a wonderful kitchen which offers many tasty foods, to eat in, take out, and even will deliver within the neighborhood. The place is set up to do many functions like trivia, adult and children's painting classes and many other activities. The owners, Kristine and Lance, have made sure to have a very attentive and caring staff. It is a wonderful place to visit and to eat and drink. You owe it to yourself to pay a visit. They also have lots free parking available. read more

I really wanted to keep a 5 star since this is a great place to take your young kids and enjoy a beer and some decent food... I like that they are child friendly. BUT their food just isn't good. The last few times we have been in the food has been super greasy and just makes you feel bad after eating it. I hope they can change their food for the better. I will try it again sometime and hopefully can change their rating back to a 4 or 5. read more

Stopped in on a Monday for lunch based on the posted reviews. I had the much acclaimed Cubano sandwich and my husband had the Pulled Pork sandwich. I liked the soft hoagie roll on the Cubano but was disappointed with the sandwich overall. The blend of flavors in the basic Cuban makes it one of my favorite sandwiches, and I have had a lot of them from a variety of shops. Unfortunately what was offered at Greene's was so salty that it overpowered everything else. This could have been avoided by using a different type of pickle or ham. My husband's Pulled Pork was fatty and he said it could have used more barbeque sauce. We also shared an order of hand cut fries which were some of the best I've had, served with a refreshing dilled tarter sauce. We will try Greene's again at a later date but order different menu items. Hopefully this experience will not be repeated. read more

Mid-day on a Tuesday. First thing I notice is four people hanging out, one reading a book, two playing cards, one talking on her phone. This place is laid back, relaxed, quiet, and peaceful. Good food. I don't drink, but they are well stocked in the cooler. Chalk board for kids on the store counter below the top at kid level and a big basket full of toys. Magazines for adults. Good music, not too loud. Ample space among three picnic tables and half dozen small tables. Feels like a country store. You can talk without being overheard, if you want. Would I go back? Had heard good things about Greene's so my family and I ventured in on Saturday. It is a fairly agreeable place for families...picnic tables, bookcorner, some large Legos for kids. You order at the counter and pay for your food. Our order was: two topping pizza, two sandwiches and a chicken waffle...much anticipated. The pizza was overpriced for what was served...especially since Greens's Is right next door to Coconut Kenny's. The sandwiches were good... however, one had been ordered without cheese and had to be sent back because yes, there was cheese on it. The chicken and waffle dish was the last to be served everyone else had finished their meal. The waffle was pale enough to be Casper the Friendly Ghost, while the chicken was so very close to being burned, how dark brown is it before it was "well done!" Chia latte was ordered, nope didn't have any, plain chia nope...tried again, coffee with almond milk - not so much. We had really looked forward to lunch at Greene's for us it wasn't great. Best wishes to them and hopefully our lunch was not the norm. read more

I tried out the Vegetable Bahn Mi sandwich today, and I am happy to report that it was wonderful, all the elements : the tofu , slaw, cucumber and the other ingredients of the sandwich were well prepared, and balanced one other perfectly.
