Best happy hour! This place is usually low key and you can get a seat pretty easily. Great service. I really like the outdoor seating with the fire pits, heaters, and some tvs to watch the games. My go to is a gin fizz, parm fries, soy glazed brussels sprouts and chicken wings. So good. Great value.

Went to B-Town for lunch with my Boo!! I was having a hankering for oysters so that's what I started with. They were delicious and Briney! Just how I love em! I also had The Classic Burger carnivore style(I choose to get carbs from beer, don't judge ) it was delicious and the chef went above and beyond for me. My girlfriend enjoyed the Kobe Sliders and said she would eat them again. There is a great tap list and very fun cocktails, along with a hefty selection of mocktails. Great service, plenty of seating inside and out. Family friendly vibe, but would also be a great date night spot

    Bulgaria Beef Bowl.. so good

Took my niece to B-Town for lunch.. The food was amazing.. exceeded my expectations. The Bulgogi Beef Bowl was so tasty. I had the kimchi on the side so that it wouldn't be too spicy.. My niece had the mixed greens salad.. the berries were so fresh and sweet. I also really enjoyed the service. Our server even brought me a classy container of iced tea, so that I wouldn't run out! The outside patio is beautiful, along with the bar area. This place is a hidden gem!

Staying at the hotel(4 Points) we decided to get a quick bite before heading out for the night. The server was very friendly. Though I believe she was the only one on a Friday afternoon with a convention. She was very attentive for as busy as she was. We proceeded to order a couple HH items. We picked two tacos(blackened salmon and ahi tuna), Crispy Brussel Sprouts, and a sushi roll(that I can't find anywhere on their menus). Both tacos were great. Both had a spice though. My wife ended up ordering an additional Ahi taco with no jalapeño. The Brussel Sprouts were ok. Good flavor but the "crispy" was not there. They were doused in oil. The sushi we ordered I remember sounded good, and it probably would have been more my jam if it didn't have this sweet sauce on it. There were a couple hits and a couple misses. The server we had was great and the food served it purpose at the time, but I don't know that we'd be a repeat customer if we were here again. But do try the tacos!

Love this spot, and especially for Sunday football. Great options for food, and drinks. Our waitress is always so sweet and attentive. And how can you resist an amazing outdoor seating with a firepit ?? Bonus, dogs are allowed on the outdoor patio

For the first time in 45 years, we decided to ditch the holiday cooking and go to a restaurant for Christmas Eve dinner. We chose B-Town because they had reservations available on OpenTable. I would have never known about them otherwise since I was coming up from the Seattle area. Let me just say that everything about our meal was excellent. We had four adults and two children, and I was pleasantly surprised that they had a children's menu available (that wasn't listed on the website and almost deterred up from going). We were seated promptly at our reservation time. The ambience was beautiful with modern decor, a fireplace on the patio, and nice lighting throughout. We started off with cocktails and appetizers, as we got there while it was still Happy Hour. We ordered the soy ginger chicken wings, the coconut shrimp (more like a Thai curry shrimp - not what we pictured but still very good),, and the Parmesan Truffle fries with aioli. All of it came out quickly, hot, perfectly cooked, high-quality and delicious. We order the Salmon Banh Mi Bowl, Ahi Poke, Ahi Steak, and the kid's chicken strips and fish and chips. Other than the Ahi steak, the portions were large and we had leftover. For $10, the kids entrées were a steal. I loved my salmon, and my husband loved his Ahi steak. The Ahi was more of a lighter fare meal served just with greens, but I had so much fried rice with my meal that I could easily give him a large serving of it. We all raved about how good everything was. Finally, our server was excellent. She got everything right. She kept our waters full, she was kind and funny and helpful. I wish I could remember her name. She was the ultimate professional when my elderly dad wouldn't stop talking and she was clearly busy. All in all, our experience was top-notch. Don't think of this place as your usual hotel restaurant that you expect to be average. This place is a gem. Super great find.

We didn't realize this place was in a hotel until we got here. We were just searching for a place to stop for lunch on the drive from Seattle to Vancouver. Overall, we enjoyed the lunch. The menu had a lot of items that appealed to us. It was a shame it took 35 minutes from ordering to get our lunch. And there was only one other occupied table in the restaurant. I really enjoyed the ahi tacos. My other enjoyed his burger. The fries were wonderfully crispy, but we paid to upgrade to truffle fries, and you could not taste the truffle. The cod taco was also pretty good. The chicken club wasn't a club at all. And even with only 2 pieces of bread, there was just too much bread. The waitress wasn't particularly helpful.

We did brunch with friends here last weekend. We had heard good things and were excited to try it out. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. The restaurant was practically empty, just us and three other groups with less than five people each. But still it took 30mins to get our drinks, and almost an hour on the food. The staff was friendly, the music was excellent, the restaurant was clean; but those wait times for food and drinks were ridiculous. With wait times like that and average tasting food we likely won't be back.

Wonderful food and drinks. I started with oyster shooters (Willapa Bay) along with a Lion's Tail cocktail. Sierra said the bourbon and lime complement each other. She gave me several recommendations for dinner. I picked the Jalapeño Chicken. It was luscious and flavorful, but the best part of it was my choice of Balsamic Brussels sprouts as my side--oh my! I was happy to see steamed clams on the menu. I grew up eating fresh steamed seafood for dinner, so battered fried seafood that is more common here hasn't really grown on me yet. To me fried seafood is a fancy version of chicken nuggets. I loved the clams, so light but bland. The sauce is full of umami flavor, drizzled with some fresh lemon juice, it was like a summery beachy afternoon in a bowl. I could easily dip a loaf of toast with it if I had one. The clams were fresh and meaty, nothing to complain about with this dish. My partner had the grilled cheese, and he said it was mid. He's vegetarian, and I don't like cheese, so I didn't bother to try any of his meal to do my own fact check. The staff were friendly too. Overall, this is a nice place to grab lunch when visiting Bellingham.

My husband later ordered an old fashioned cocktail. It was good. For food we ordered the blue cheese dip, the pork chili verde & polenta, and a reuben sandwich. The food took a while to arrive. The server might have noted our anxiety because she asked if we had a show, noting the dip in particular might take a while. She was accommodating, bringing items out as they were prepared and supplying us with to-go boxes in case. The blue cheese dip came first. It came with potato chips and bread. It was tasty but a bit too salty. It was better with bread--the chips were a nice idea but it pushed the sodium level too high. Both entrees were delicious. We ate them in a rush (not everything got photographed). The atmosphere is nice. Perhaps a bit dated (i.e.,1990s), but nice. If you love wine and food, this is THE place in town…read more My girlfriend and I had a date night out. We came here mostly for a charcuterie plate, but it turned out to be least impressive. However, we were both very pleased with the small plates that we shared: "asparagus" and "potatoes" with caviar. SMALL PLATES The asparagus looked like a salad but was a bit warm to our surprise. I enjoyed the different flavors put together, including some bitterness. My absolute favorite is the potatoes. We ordered it with caviar, which only cost $8 extra! CHARCUTERIE We ordered the imported charcuterie board for 2. It was presented nicely, but there was nothing to brag about other than that. The amount of food was right for 2, but it's because there's lot of bread but there's little cheese and cured meat. The quality of the cheese and the meat was just ok. COST We were shocked how inexpensive it was. We ordered 2 small plates, a charcuterie board for 2 people, a bottle of Spanish wine, a slice of olive oil cake, and 2 coffees. It all added up to only about $100. It's shocking as it includes a bottle of wine. The coffee was pour over, and they made one cup at a time, but it was only $3! CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM The small plates were excellent, but the charcuterie plate needs more work. There should be more cheese and meat both in terms of the quantity but also the variation (and less bread). CONCLUSION I will definitely come back here again for wine and a couple of small plates. ************************************************************ If you found my review helpful, please smash the "useful" button! Which is fine. As someone who worked in hospitality for several years, I get that. What I don't understand is why you would then take that party's order and then ghost them for the rest of their meal. You should work to turn around their negative experience. I ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad and French Onion soup. The salad had far too much dressing and the French Onion soup had a bizarre flavor from the cheese they used. The entire meal was awful quality. I would have asked Kaily for something different, but that was not possible as she never came back to check on us. By this point, the only other party in the restaurant had left so there was zero excuse for being ignored. Food was terrible and the service was worse.
