Response times were a serious problem throughout: it took many hours to secure the property after the fire and several days to send someone for the damage evaluation. Every subsequent step moved at the same, painfully slow pace. When they did secure the property, they used a different code/method than what they'd told us, and changed it without notifying us -- leaving us in the dark about how our own property was protected. The billing was the most troubling part. We were never given an upfront quote, and they did not disclose that they would be charging $35/hour per man for unskilled labor. For four men on site one day, that math comes out to roughly $1,100. The invoice we received was $5,000. I followed up directly with the company about these issues numerous times before posting this review. Their response was to call my concerns "uneducated" rather than address the pricing discrepancy or the unauthorized change to how our property was secured.
