They only agreed to come fix THEIR work after many, many calls, texts and emails. Week later rains again, leak gets worse and on and on until we had two buckets filling up in our living room from rain pouring in. They never gave us a warranty. Wouldn't come back to fix the repair of their shtty work. Richard and Tom were both abusive, rude and unprofessional at every level in every single interaction.
