I remember sitting in them at my grandmother's house. We selected a fabric and given a completion date. The chairs were completed a little early. The workmanship is of the highest possible quality The interior padding on the armrests was replaced. The wood armrest ends and across the back was refinished to perfection. After confirming the job they basically "went dark" with communication, with us continually calling them with no response, & we decided to cancel with them & return to Loveseat --- & couldn't be happier. Loveseat measured everything the first time we went in, just friendly with no pressure & no worries. Great communication too (why does that seem to be a dying art?!), as well as turn-around.
