Majority of the steam tables items are now leftovers served cold, chewy and unappealing. The egg drop soup is full of starch salty and now they have added spicy peppers to the broth, which has taken away the traditional test of the soup and not to mention the soup fried flour chips being very stale. Several of the dessert selection items suffer from refrigeration burn which is very noticeble to the palate. It is too bad because my first visit was excellent and we expected to have another pleasant experience today. No return for me.
