We enjoyed our takeouts. Over all was much better than any other local Chinese restaurants in terms of flavor, greasiness and saltiness. Grilled fish: Not heavily seasoned , right amount of saltiness which is a huge plus for me. Some MSG ( I forgot to request NO MSG). But over all decent. I specially liked all mixed veggies in the dish, such as fresh bamboo shoots, black fungi, tofu, Chinese cauliflower, lotus, celery, Chinese asparagus, etc. this dish could be a 5 stars if used little oil. I had to use paper towel to degrease before eating it. Otherwise, nice aroma and soothing taste. Double-cooked pork. This dish is considered as a benchmark for any Sichuan cuisine restaurants. This one was very average. Excessive oil used in the dish made it less enjoyable. The dish was somewhat overcooked. It tasted too dry and no nice Guoqi. I couldn't taste flavor from fermented black beans. A pity. Wuxi ribs. Way too much oil! Too greasy! Cumin tofu. Enjoyed by my family. I had some dry red chill pepper pieces. Nice right amount of heat to mine for me. But pleasant. Shouldn't Green Tea be healthy and light ? A keeper for Sichuan food. It could be a real star if they cut down the amount of oil they used in all dishes.

The food here is so fresh and aromatic. Best authentic chinese food in the area by a long shot

Absolutely would recommend!! Great spicy peanuts as a starter that's given when you sit down, delicious wonton soup and soup dumplings. We got a dry pot (chicken) and spicy style (tofu) and both were delicious. I got my dry pot slightly less spicy (my spice tolerance is low) and it was perfect. My partner got the spicy style (much higher tolerance) and he also loved it. The food came quickly and the staff working there was so incredible kind.

Food was absolutely outstanding. Slayed every category of critique. Service was kind and polite, and did not take too long. Environment was very homely and comfortable. Would definitely recommend the soup dumplings and soup again. Stay blessed.

Green tea is my go-to place for a tasty comfort meal. The fried scallion pancakes were delicious, as was the cumin lamb. Love their spicy peanuts as well. This isn't a fancy sit-down restaurant, but their food is reliably authentic, flavorful, and reasonably priced- thus perfect for a casual meal with some friends or some take out to enjoy at home. Service is decently fast and standard.

While the ambience and service were average but fairly typical for a more traditional Chinese tea the food was absolutely outstanding. We had the Sichuan crispy chicken which had the perfect amount of spice, the sting beans, and the Singapore curry noodles.

Food here is wild. As close to authentic you can get. Spice level is great and their numbing spice menu items are also tasty. I highly recommend their spicy flat rice noodles as a side to any of their meat dishes. Their hotpot portions are smaller but very dense and goes perfectly with rice or noodles. Only taking off one star because sometimes their food can be salty. But even when it's salty my husband and I eat every bit of it

The restaurant isn't very clean. You can see that from the entrance. We had seafood rice which I do not recommend because the seafood were all baby and just low quality. The shrimp with broccoli wasn't bad as although the shrimp was a bit chewy. Finally the dumplings were just weird. I would not recommend them. They were stuffed with spinach and the mushrooms had a strong smell and tasted smoky. Mera's Tip: have a cup or two of green tea.

This is the only place that I know of in Suffolk county that has such great Chinese food. The menu has a variety of items, If you choose to try something that you would never dare I'm sure they made it tasty. Whenever I come here I get the sautéed green bean, try it you'll understand why I can't go without them. The braised fish (flounder) in chili sauce isn't too spicy. You can request how hot you want it. Everything was very fresh and flavorful ( fresh is flavorful). The waiter was very patient and answered all of my friends questions. The prices are within normal range ( I'm a nurse , can't help my lingo). Thy also have take out and delivery from hungry panda delivery app. Go and enjoy!!

When the Spice Workshop opened a few years ago, we tried this restaurant. You can either eat in or take out. This establishment is a game changer! It's located in a small strip mall and has an unassuming presence. Once entering, everything quickly changes. You are greeted by a lovely staff member. The menu is incredible and may require a bit of time to order because of the extensive and diverse variety of cuisine. The food is served hot with large portions served carefully to meet your preferences - whether you dine in or take out. If this wasn't enough to convince the customer that this is the place, then the exceptional freshness, quality and taste of your order is incredible. No longer will we dine anywhere else. If you dine in, your water glass is refilled without you having to ask. The staff are very attentive to detail which is clearly reflected in the over sized portions, quality and cuisine. The interior of the restaurant is simple, inviting and you easily enjoy your meal in a leisurely manner. I'm conservative in my opinions. Recently, I invited a friend to dinner. I didn't expect to hear his compliments through his meal. He mentioned that he was overly impressed. If you're searching for a fabulous restaurant with a large menu and attention to your wishes, then Stop, Don't Pass Go and Reward Yourselves. You've found it! The servings are so generous that you're still be enjoying your meal the next night.

We had a decent meal and I thoroughly enjoyed their soups and dumplings. I'm not sure if it's due to the pandemic but I feel like the quality of the food fell off. The have a small parking lot located in the rear of the establishment. They're a small restaurant but have plenty of seating. When we ate here the first time, they were extremely packed in the middle of the day but on this particular day, they were very empty. I arrived hoping to get a myriad of dumplings but unfortunately, they now only have three types: chicken, pork & leek, and pork & Chinese cabbage. I ordered two each of the chicken and the pork & leek, all pan-fried. I was going to order some pork buns as well but the guy taking my order said they would take 20 minutes to make. I declined because we still had to drive back home another 90 minutes. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for the 4 orders of dumplings and I'm unsure as to why. If I would have known they would have taken that long I would have said forget it. I also ordered some frozen chicken dumplings and paid for them but was told they ran out. Instead of bothering with a refund, I just told them to sub the pork & leek dumplings. When we finally got our order, we rushed home. I warmed up the dumplings for dinner by steaming them for a couple of minutes, and served with some quick ramen, addicting cucumber and a dumpling sauce I had to make because they didn't come with any sauce at all. They were OK. They are filled quite nicely but the flavor is definitely not as I expected or remembered. The chicken dumplings we "meh" but the pork & leek tasted much better. A few of them tore open very easily. Regarding the establishment itself, they could do some cleaning in there. I know it's a college area restaurant but while we waited, we noticed a lot of concerning things. Their doors are utterly disgusting. They are painted white and it looks as though they've never been wiped down. There is so much grime and crud from people touching them. Neither bathroom had soap which is a HUGE red flag. If the staff also uses the bathrooms, who's washing their hands correctly, and how? I also saw one of the guys in the kitchen wipe his face with tissue and place it on a tray. He neither had gloves on or cleaned his hands afterwards. He legit, went right back to handling food and the pans. I'm sure many people don't really pay attention despite there being an open kitchen but since we were not wanting to wait there that long and we were wondering why our order was taking so long, we had all the time in the world to just observe. The dining area really isn't very clean and I would probably skip another visit in the future.
