We ordered last week. Potstickers, beef and mushroom main dish, Mushu beef, and hot and sour soup. Potstickers tasted pretty good. Noodles we're light and perfect. Apparently you can get these spicy so I'll have to try that next time. They also give chili oil in Togo orders. That is excellent. Beef and mushrooms wasn't very good. It was watery and tasted like braised/boiled beef. Would not order again. Mushu beef-family said they loved it. Has ordered before. H&S soup-it's meh. Not bad but not great. I liked that it has more vinegar that most of the restaurants around but the flavor was off for me. I believe it was meatless but MSG is definitely added. All and all I would give them another try so long as potstickers is a back up cheat meal in case the tested dish is a bust. Their wonton soup looks amazing and I'd love to try that next time. The prawns were okay, but cold like they had been left out for hours. Then lastly... I ordered PORK CHOW MEIN. How are you going to advertise that, and not put ANY noodles?! I'm so confused! My family has been ordering food from here as long as I can remember and it's always delicious, probably my favorite Chinese food place around, especially the crab puffs. Can't recommend those enough, they are addictive. Other favorites have been the egg drop soup, the egg rolls, the orange chicken, General Tso chicken, and Sesame beef. Edible but not by any means great or even good. Beef dish was even more sparsely populated with tiny bits of beef. It was basically a vegetable dish (cabbage) with specks of meat hiding between the vegetables. This item was inedible and disgusting. The egg rolls are big and fluffy and not small and greasy like many others. There's always lots of vegetables to the dishes were at some places leave you with just meat and rice or noodles. Of particular note the rice both fried and white had an over powering wheaty/mildew taste which made us question the integrity of the rest of our order. Whenever I am back in town I try to order in some Green Tea. This place is very much a wonderful Americanized Chinese food joint. The portions are huge and the prices are very reasonable. Every time I order from them I am always pleased. The sweet-and-sour chicken, lo mein, fried rice, and sweet-and-sour spareribs are always must haves. They do also offer some American items like hamburgers and chicken strips in case you have picky kids. The staff is always very nice and even as I write this review, I am craving it again. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of food, I weighed the sesame chicken and it was over 1.5lbs of chicken! The food was decent and is good for fast food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The delivery only cost $2.00, we waited less than 30 minutes, and the food was very hot! The Negatives: Chinese food is a rare treat for us and for the price I expected really decent food. We were very disappointed. It broke my heart to throw away so much food. I'm sad to say we wasted our money and will never be returning. The BBQ Pork over Bok Choy had a singular beefy flavor from a thick gravy it was soaked in. No trace of BBQ. The bok choy texture was perfect but the pork was much more like dry chicken. It really gave my jaw muscles a work out. The Beef Chow Mein was 80% delicious celery, 10% water chestnuts, 5% carrots, 1% peas, and 4% colorless and tasteless beef (?). No noodles. The Won Ton Soup was was FILLED. Shrimp, peas, carrot, celery, mushroom, won tons, huge chunks of pork, etc. My eyes lit up because Won Ton Soup is my favorite dish. This sadly (somehow) was tasteless. The Pork Fried Rice cost as much as an entree. It tasted literally like dog food. It was very very dry and tough. It consisted of 99% rice and 1% dried out pieces of unidentifiable meat. I am not a very picky, nor a critical person. But this was the worst food I've ever ordered. We are new to the area and we're looking for some good Chinese food. I ordered online, and I was skeptical when I saw the place. It's drive- through only and looks like a garage. Another car pulled in the lot ahead of me so I was stuck in the lane and could not turn around...otherwise I would have bolted. The big shopping cart sitting outside the door filled with empty food cans should have been my final deterrent. But I had a small group of hungry people to feed. After spending $60+ on a few different entrees, we attempted to figure out the dishes and eat. But nothing was edible. Everything about it was so disgusting...lemon chicken was fried and completely hard and dry- the lemon sauce came on the side and it was so yellow it stained the dish like food coloring. Teriyaki chicken was drowning in a container full of liquid which tasted like it was literally poured from the teriyaki bottle from the store. All chicken was rubbery. Orange chicken was bright orange, dry, hard to chew like it was cooked a week ago.. The other dishes were just as bad. We threw it all in the garbage! I've lived in several cities and have eaten a lot of different foods...nothing has ever been this bad.
