A guy posing an electrician spent over two hours in our circuit breaker cabinet without figuring out how to get a single outdoor light to work. He was unable to even determine if the light was in fact wired up or not. He phoned back to the office to ask questions of an actual electrician a lot. We're not sure what sort of business this is but certainly don't recommend them for electrical problems.

It is under warranty, and when something goes wrong, they are in no hurry to find the parts. We had to chase them down to get them to honor the warranty, and they were unconcerned about leaving us without heat for 6-7 weeks in January. Now we have a new issue come up and they said it's only with one of the heads. And, as long as the back unit stays off, we should be able to have A/C until the new part comes again (who knows how long that will be given last time it was over a month). Two hours after they left, unit stopped working again. Another season where JCO leaves us hanging without a working unit. Quality of new install, customer service, and diagnostics have all been unsatisfactory. Update: JCO diagnosed the issue during their visit as requiring a new PCB. I ran the self-correction for the wiring on the unit myself and the issue was rectified. So, the issue was related to them miswiring things at the last maintenance fix, and then misdiagnosing the issue at their latest visit. It's also convenient that their diagnosis would have required us to pay them for additional maintenance.

There are some really good, hardworking people here who take their jobs seriously and genuinely care about the customers they serve. Whether it's delivering propane, installing a tank, making a repair, or just answering a customer's questions, the goal is to make sure people are taken care of. Something else I appreciate is that Blue Star Gas is more than just a company that delivers propane. They also have people who can troubleshoot problems, repair equipment, install new systems, and help customers figure out what they need. Having people who actually know what they're doing makes a big difference, especially when you're dealing with propane and safety. I also like that this is a company where you can actually talk to someone when you need help. Nobody wants to call a business and get passed around or feel like they're just another account number. The people here try to get to know their customers and build relationships with them. There are going to be times when things don't go exactly as planned, just like with any other business, but what matters is making the effort to get things right. I think people sometimes forget how much work goes on behind the scenes to make sure customers have propane when they need it. Between the drivers, service technicians, office staff, and everyone else involved, it takes a lot of coordination. I've seen firsthand how much effort goes into keeping things running and taking care of customers. I'm proud of the people who work here and the service they provide to the community. It's a good company with good people who work hard every day. I am proud to be a member of this team.

Exceptional Service and Unmatched Integrity…read more I recently had the pleasure of working with Kevin and his incredible team at Integrity Home Heating, and I feel compelled to share the exceptional experience I had with them. We enlisted Integrity Home Heating to install all new replacement flex ducting under our 2,000 sq ft home, an integral component connecting our heating and air conditioning unit to all the floor vents throughout our house. They also expertly replaced all of the duct material in our ceilings, ensuring seamless circulation from our HVAC system to the three ceiling returns. From my first interaction with Kevin, the owner, I knew his company was extraordinary. When we moved into our house six years ago, we needed assistance with tubing under our house that a previous worker had knocked loose before we moved in. Kevin himself came out, generously fixing it temporarily at no charge and sending an expert worker to ensure a more permanent and secure solution later on. This level of service is rare, showcasing Kevin's commitment to his customers and the community. When it came time to replace all the flex tubing and ductwork under our house and in our ceilings, there was no doubt in my mind that Integrity Home Heating was the right choice. Despite being a Ruud Dealer and not usually working with our brand of HVAC system, Kevin's in-depth evaluation of our system was impeccable. He even personally crawled everywhere under our house, identifying issues that others had overlooked, ensuring all work was accounted for in his bid without any additional hidden costs or add-on pricing like other companies. Kevin's bid was not only more affordable, but his expertise was evident, giving me complete confidence in his and his team's abilities. The other company we considered estimated a 3 to 5-day work period, but Kevin's efficient crew of five accomplished the entire project in just one day. Reflecting on my past and recent experiences with Kevin and Integrity Home Heating, I am beyond satisfied. The team was clean, efficient, and professional. They thoroughly explained the entire process and made sure everything was performed to the highest standard. But what stands out the most is their true honesty and integrity. There was never an attempt to overcharge or upsell unnecessary parts - a refreshing experience in today's market. In essence, Kevin and his crew truly embody the name of their company - INTEGRITY. I wholeheartedly recommend Integrity Home Heating for anyone in need of top-notch HVAC services backed by honesty, expertise, and genuine care for customers' needs. Thank You, Kevin And The Entire Integrity Home Heating Team, For Your Unmatched Service. You Have Earned A Customer For Life.

Even though the part was fully covered under warranty, Alpine insisted we pay for the labor, $1,100 in refrigerant, and the $125 service fee. When I questioned the charges, they simply threw the warranty at me and pointed to the line saying refrigerant isn't covered -- as if that excused a failure that shouldn't have happened in the first place. Their original bill came to $1,750 for a problem that wasn't ours to begin with. Being charged for someone else's mistake just doesn't sit right with me. I asked multiple times for the service manager to call me so we could discuss the charges. He didn't call until two weeks after the repair was already completed.
