They did not disappoint. They coached me on how to best communicate with insurance, and they provided clear documentation. We had water get into our basement due to some construction work next door - when digging to build a new house, they cut into a live sprinkler line and water gushed out overnight and seeped into our basement. I called to ask about what I should look for damage-wise, and Paisley was very helpful. She asked a few questions and then offered to send an inspector by for a free inspection. There was one nearby in the area and he ended up coming over the same day. The inspector, Al, was great. He first asked me what happened and looked at where water came in from outside. Then he surveyed the basement and materials. At this point we had dried the water, but he was more focused on whether all the materials that had come into contact with it had dried and what those materials were. Luckily, we have a mostly unfinished basement with plaster and linoleum tile over concrete, and after a brief inspection he assured me there was no serious damage to structure and materials and little risk of mold as long as I kept running a fan since the materials affected were alkaline and mold-resistant. Al was very personable and we connected about dogs during our quick inspection together. A+ for fast, friendly service and for giving me a free inspection and not suggesting any work I don't need.

At first they told me that there might be mold behind the bath tub and they need to cut the bathtub out so they can check. But that means I need to replace my bath tub. They guy here said he's really sure there will be mold behind the bath tub so I let them do that. However, after they cut it out, there is no mold behind the bath tub at all! After they reinstall the dry wall and install the toilet back, they told me that toilet is broken, the reason is because that the toilet is left for dry for a while and the wax is broken! This is because previously they promise the project is about a week long but ends up it took 1.5 month to finish it! Then their manager David promise he will send a plumber to fix this issue. But when the plumber comes here, he immediately told me that the toilet is no longer fixable because the issue, and he has to replace it. So I have replace the toilet as well. At the final walk through, I noticed that there are other issue they didn't fixed at all. There is a 1.5 inch gap between bath tub and the tile and they didn't do the trim for most area. David said he will send some people back to fix this. When the contractors comes, they spend an hour doing nothing because they need to go to home depot to buy things, and this is still charging! Our initial experience was pleasant and they lead us to believe insurance would cover our damages. We felt good about moving forward. For starters insurance only covered part of the mitigation process and we were left with an 8K bill that they demanded we pay or they put a lien on our house (we were fresh from losing my father inlaw at this point, so we were in a rough state emotionally. No compassion from them.) We get through the Reconstruction process painfully slow with limited communication and were left with an unfinished sink. We have tried working with them and communicating to get the sink finished but they are demanding payment for the remaining balance after our insurance payout. I get needing to get paid but I am not a fan of paying for work that hasnt even been done yet. Long story short: they give a 5 start appearance but really only cared about getting paid even if it means leaving unfinished work. My husband was out of work while we dealt with the death of his father and then experienced a health crisis himself. They do not care if you are financially strained or not. If you dont qualify for financing they just threaten to send you to collections. Do yourself a favor and go with a company that has a little more empathy for the people they are serving. Many of us are seeking out companies like this because of stressful emergencies. We do not need the added stress of being treated like a cash cow.

Said she would get back to me. Then a guy called me around 530pm with an "irish" accent and again asked all the same questions and scheduled the appt the next day at 11am. Around 930 that night I received a text my appt was at 8 am. In the morning around 730am I called the number on the text and they confirmed the appt was at 8am. Went to the site, and no one showed up. I would NOT recommend this company!!
