We had a contractor do work on our house to repair the outside, bottom walls of our basement and they only completed 1/2 of the job. Although they finished the actual basement and outside wall work, they left our yard a total mess and never replaced the cement porch they removed to do the lower wall work. They were also going to do grading in the front yard to address puddling and never did, and they didn't do any of the landscaping they were supposed to complete. Our yard was a disaster. TCT Property not only did a wonderful job with the grading of our front yard, they also did all of the landscaping and seeding in the front and back yard, pipe work to address the puddling, and replaced the cement porch within about 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 weeks. Their price was very reasonable, and they are professional and reliable with everything they do. I would highly recommend TCT Property Enterprises to anyone looking for a contractor. They are great and are a pleasure to work with.

Also, tho the big job was expensive, their bid was lower than another company I had used at this property.

We contracted with Family Tree Service (FTS) to remove a large maple tree in our side yard. They…read morecame out in November if 2018 to do the work. The tree was about 27 years old but grew very large. We were quoted a price to take the tree down, remove all of the wood and grind the stump down. While the workers were cutting the tree down, a friend said that we should leave the wood at our side yard and he would come and chop it and remove it. So we decided to leave the wood in our yard. We DID NOT ask Family Tree Service to reduce the cost of the original quote since it was our decision to keep the wood. No problem there. But we did save FTS quite a bit of time and labor by keeping the wood. The large stump was ground down quite a bit but was not ground as far as it should be. They left a considerable amount of trunk exposed above ground around the perimeter of the base. We called FTS to have them come out to grind the wood below the surface of the ground so we could moved in some dirt and reseed the area. They told us to paint mark the areas that needed reground and they would come out to regrind it. We used a bright orange fluorescent paint to mark it. FTS never bothered to come out or call us to regrind. We waited until Winter was over and repainted the areas and called FTS again to regrind. They gave us a date that they would come back. Date passed again and no call, no show.....AGAIN! We set 4 more appointments to have FTS come out to grind the stump. On the next to last call a woman told us that we shouldn't schedule through the guy we had been talking to because he isn't good at keeping appointments. So we scheduled through this lady and said he would come out on a specific date in April. Again, FTS was a no call, no show! Approximately 2 weeks later we again called FTS. This time the man started coming up with all kinds of excuses why no one showed up. He said they have been so busy that they have had trouble getting all of the work done. He also stated that the lady that set the appointment was no longer with FTS. We set another appointment and had high hopes for a resolution. FTS contacted us several times the day if the appointment to keep us up to date on their arrival times. Well they were way off in their estimate. When the truck finally arrived, we watched as it drove past our house, turned around in the Cul de sac and continued straight out of our neighborhood. They never stopped or called to tell us they were there or that they weren't going to stop. We called FTS again to find out what happened. This time a man told my wife that he didn't know when they might be able to come back and finish the job. He didn't offer any apologies and didn't seem to care less. So at this point in May, the tree that was cut down in November still is incomplete. They got our money. They just don't care. We can not complete the grass repairs in the area of the trunk. Don't use Family Tree Service. They do awesome work, but don't complete as promised! I will be pursuing further action against this company until the job is complete!
