He came to give me an estimate on Saturday and spent five hours on Sunday cleaning up our entire garden. He came back to edge and mulch the garden, front and side yards. Now he returns weekly to keep things neat and trim. Reasonably priced and he's a nice guy who does excellent work.

We had a contractor do work on our house to repair the outside, bottom walls of our basement and they only completed 1/2 of the job. Although they finished the actual basement and outside wall work, they left our yard a total mess and never replaced the cement porch they removed to do the lower wall work. They were also going to do grading in the front yard to address puddling and never did, and they didn't do any of the landscaping they were supposed to complete. Our yard was a disaster. TCT Property not only did a wonderful job with the grading of our front yard, they also did all of the landscaping and seeding in the front and back yard, pipe work to address the puddling, and replaced the cement porch within about 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 weeks. Their price was very reasonable, and they are professional and reliable with everything they do. I would highly recommend TCT Property Enterprises to anyone looking for a contractor. They are great and are a pleasure to work with.

My landscape designer was an absolute doll and lovely person. And gratitude to the install team -…read morethey worked really hard to do a lot on a really really hot day! Otherwise, our experience was overwhelmingly subpar for the investment. We asked for a simple front yard landscaping revamp. There were more misses than wins with the overall delivery: 1) Design proposal took longer than quoted (no big deal, I know they're busy), and was missing a key part we originally asked for (and got an "oops sorry, here's a haphazard fix"). Design still lacked some our accessory asks, but we decided to disregard those anyway. I feel as though our vision wasn't heard and believe me, I am an over-communicator. Maybe budget was an unspoken obstacle? But if so, it should have been communicated - we were flexible! 2) The install day was never scheduled, and the install team showed up unannounced without designer oversight as promised. Luckily I was able to arrange to stay home for the install. 3) We were charged for new plants, that we didn't receive. Instead they "transplanted" our dead plants that looked awful (these were the reason we were investing in new landscaping altogether). 4) Old random foliage and plants were left in our landscape (likely with intention, because they planted the new around them which threw off spacing). 5) Some plants did not take and remained weed-y, even with frequent and appropriate watering. When addressed, we were told we were not watering enough... doubt it, but ok. See photos. I'm shocked they thought this was acceptable, and didn't ask how to handle if there was question at the time of install. We ended up needing to replant about half of the overall work ourselves. Old plant concerns were remedied on our invoice, and follow-up communication was prompt from the designer at least. Won't re-engage.

I called these guys to come out and clear a parking lot for my company over of the weekend after a…read morebig snow storm. The plow driver Tyler I spoke with was very nice on the phone and called me to let me know he got the job done. I was pleased. However, coming into work that Monday, I saw the job this company did, and it was awful. They didn't plow out the lot, what they did was pile the snow up in a 3.5 foot high wall going from the back of the parking lot to the front, right down the middle, so nothing could pull into the lot. Not even the business next door! Was the driver drunk on drugs, I don't know, but I've never seen a company do something like this before, call me, and tell me everything was taken care of. I called them Monday morning to express my complaint and get someone to clear the lot, however, they never answered their phone and never returned any of my messages. My biggest pet peeve for a company is one who doesn't follow through and one who doesn't make up for their mishaps. I would not recommend doing any business with a company that is ran this way. Very unprofessional.

Unethical, dishonest, avoid at all cost…read more DLL tree removed several trees from my neighbor's yard. During the process, without obtaining consent, they ran their forklifts and heavy machinery up and down my driveway, tearing up my freshly repaved asphalt. They littered water bottles over my yard. Stored equipment in my front yard and destroyed parts of my grass. The same day I came home and found this, I contacted them. It took several days for them to respond. Then after I immediately responded, nothing for several more days. Again, I sent a message and called, no response. Finally a response and someone came out to assess the damage. They agreed to repave my driveway. This process has taken over three weeks. Since they came out, no response for two weeks despite my messages. No apologies from them. Nothing to remedy the situation. What makes it even worse, is that I have pictures with their truck in the background and pictures of the damage done to my property. Again, which they never received consent to be on in the first place.
