After only completing a portion of the work and trying to exhort us on permit fees and other items that could not substantiate when asked, they disappeared. Despite us paying them per our contract, they did not pay for the equipment they rented for our project, which caused a lien to be put on our home by the rental company - we are also uncovering several other vendors they did not pay either. The Premier crew inconsistently showed for work, worked extremely slow and spent more time sitting around smoking and playing on their phones then doing actual work (we had one crew show on a weekend to "work" but rather spent the time drinking beer). We also caught them in multiple lies, including saying that they had ordered materials when they did not, which caused our project to be delayed. I would avoid this company at all costs. Very shady group of folks that have caused us unnecessary heartache and money. We have been contacted by the OH attorney general regarding possible criminal activity associated with this group as well - super sus!

His crew spent three days doing about 80% of the framing. Steve then asked for a second check to purchase and install a new tankless hot water heater the next day. We gave him $8750.00 and he has since never showed up again. He stopped returning our calls and we have since learned that Steve Matheny has several LLC's that are currently being sued or have been sued and a verdict has been issued requiring Steve to pay tens of thousands of dollars to labor unions, iron workers and individuals. Their crew took down my barely one year old 6ft fence and did not put it back up correctly. The foreman's comments "we're not a fence company and don't know how to put it back up correctly." My fence is ruined along the bottom and was not attached to the turf as promised. I've incurred yet another fence repair and ForeverLawn's owner Conrad Troyer is refusing to admit fault. Mr. Troyer is now ignoring emails, texts and voicemails. Extremely unprofessional company.
