Smoothy was really bad. Lots of ice in it. Salad was overpriced. Ingredients were not fresh. Portions small. Expensive. Hmm... anything else? Oh yea, service sucks. Located in the food court of the Philadelphia Premium Outlets, this was the only beacon of health in a fried foods nightmare-land. It's a little disorienting when you first walk up because there are a lot of employees crammed in behind the tiny counter and they scramble around each other to take orders, meaning that there is no nice flow down the counter. Once an employee calls you up, you have a choice of three different lettuce bases (organic, romaine, or spring) and a variety of toppings to choose from. Your price includes 4 toppings, anything over that you get charged extra. They also have a clear list of their dressings grouped by regular, light, and spicy so you can easily see what your options are. The good: the salad is a decent size, I was very hungry and ate the whole thing without ever feeling like I ate too much, it was just the right amount. I really liked how they have the dressings in squirt bottles and tell you to say 'when' as they squirt it on your salad so you can choose however little or much dressing goes on your salad. Also, all of the toppings in the case looked fresh and not dried out or old as I've seen at other places. The bad: for the same price as other create your own salad restaurants, you get one less topping (most places are the salad base and 5 toppings). As I was eating, certain pieces of lettuce had a dirty taste. It was obvious that they had done a quick rinse of the lettuce instead of a thorough wash. Overall, if I find myself at the outlets again, I'd probably come back here to avoid the deep-fried sticks of butter at the other food court restaurants, but maybe ask them to wash my lettuce before they start mixing up my salad. read more

This review is only for this location. There's one at Philadelphia International Airport that really rocks! This one is obviously owned by different people. Portion sizes are too carefully measured and do NOT come out looking like the photos. I ordered a new all veggie sandwich on naan bread that I think was called the Farmhouse. The description sounded good, but what I thought would be a freshly made salad with hummus on it was prepared ahead of time in a tub and measured out in ice cream scoops. Because it was sitting around so long, it had far too much liquid and really soaked the bread, making it a mess to eat (not in a good way). The layer of hummus that was advertised was spread on so thin, you could barely tell it was there. It was mostly bread, and so skimpy, I would never eat there again. I've eaten at the airport location many times and the wraps, salads and sandwiches are all very fresh, with generous portion sizes. You feel you've gotten a meal. This was to be dinner and it felt like a snack. For $8.26 including tax, it was a giant rip-off. read more

Terrible. Food is overpriced and the service is so degrading. First time here so I wanted to look at the menu thoroughly to see what I wanted but the server kept trying to urge me to get something before I was ready. Then she said everything on the menu is already made behind the cases. I was already put off by her demeanor. Her constant distraction and harping wore me down so I did the choose 2 option, which was half a sandwich and a small soup. I just wanted to snack a bit with my boyfriend before shopping again. The cashier who scooped out soup dropped some soup on her and and proceeded to lick her hand instead of just wiping it. Yuck. Then she drops the lid into the soup and at this point, I just thank god that she pour my soup already. But then what if this isn't the first time? Usually those lids are wiped down with a cleaning towel that wipes everything... There was another customer who also ordered and I thought he was gonna take the wrong plate (but he didn't) so I apologized but the same server from before, in a mocking manner, said "you ordered a wittle sandwich, a little one. Not a big one. A little one!" Like what is her problem? I know I did. It's like she thought I didn't speak English. Rude. The soup was oddly sweet and the sandwich was not worth it. Do yourself a favor. Skip the bad customer service and make a sandwich at home because it will be even better. Guaranteed. read more

Drastically overpriced at $8 for a tiny salad with 4 toppings from a very limited selection. I would recommend getting one of the pre-made salads, like the cobb or asian, which are $7 (pre-tax) and come with chicken. I did like that the broccoli here was steamed rather than raw, though. It's the healthiest option at the food court here and the staff are very friendly. The high prices are to be expected and overall, inclusive of service quality, it's one of the best food options at the outlets. read more

Had a fresh salad made here today and loved every bite! I chose the mixed greens, spicy chicken, onions and blue cheese crumbles tossed in a cucumber wasabi dressing and it was fabulous. Fast / friendly service at a decent price equals one happy momma! read more

Food: Seems healthy, but the panini had so much butter on it. Very tasty though, mom and I split a sandwich. Not bad for splitting, wish they sold half sandwiches though. Would eat again. 4/5 Workers: An older lady was working there and she was in a rush to get us through the line but there was no one behind us. She also was very harsh to the other workers. This is the worst food I've ever had. And I'm not exaggerating. The lime chicken salad had barely any chicken in it. And it was freezing cold. Terrible customer service. I ordered a spinach dip with grilled chicken to-go on my lunch break. The guy doesn't respond, and casually starts making a grilled cheese. I was the only person in line. A woman comes out from the back and asks if she can help me. Literally 2 ft. away from her co-worker. I advise that he took my order already. I tell her what I ordered and he catches an attitude because he was preparing the incorrect food. After some brief convo. and riff-raff they prepare my order and she rung it up to be $7 and change, when the dip cost $3.95 and the added chicken clearly states $1.50. I point this out, and she doesn't respond just adjusts the bill and puts the food on a tray. I wanted it to go as originally stated when I ordered to the other guy. She says rudely, "you didn't say to go"... I asked the guy for a container for the chicken to bag it up. He obliges than rudely slams it on the tray and says nothing.
