The owner aggressively reached toward my drink as if she was going to snatch it out of my hand, refused to let me calmly finish my beverage, and threatened to throw me out simply because I decided I no longer wanted to order food after being treated poorly. I remained calm and respectful the entire time, and I did nothing to deserve that kind of treatment. As a veteran and a paying customer, I expected basic respect and understanding regarding my disability. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, singled out, and unwelcome.
