I decided to try the churro cheesecake from Green Flour Bakery when I saw them vending at the annual Bizerkeley food fest in Berkeley. As a non-dairy cheesecake, it definitely doesn't have the particular dairy kick of cheese or cream cheese, but I liked that it was quite cinnamony. The texture also wasn't quite as dense as I am accustomed to for a traditional dairy cheesecake. But it had a generous amount of strawberries.
