You walk in, ask for a day pass, make reservations for additional services if you want (I recommend reserving at least a week earlier to get your preferred time), and they give you your wristband and lounge attire/towel. The women's locker rooms and bath area were pretty clean and very spacious. You don't need to bring very many toiletries, as they have large dispensers of lotion in the locker room area and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower area. They have hair dryers for use and lots of outlets in the vanity area in case you want to bring other styling tools of your own. I started off with a 30 min Quick Fix Facial and was serviced by Ellie (10/10 recommend). It was super relaxing and we made small talk about skincare based on my concerns. She was super nice and very professional. After I left my skin was glowing! I then headed to the juice bar and got an iced matcha latte (also super good) and relaxed by the lounge area with my laptop before I had my next service. It wasn't too loud, and there's free wifi, so you can get some work done, watch a show, or read a little. Keep in mind the lounge area is an open space connected with the juice bar and food court, so it's not library quiet. That being said, people aren't yelling, and nobody was playing their online media out loud, so it's easy to tune out all the white noise. I then got a 30 min Swedish Massage by Andy, which was more than satisfactory. I was worried about the massage being too rough, but he did everything just right. Only during a few second-long periods did it feel a bit heavier, but I knew he was working out a knot. Even then, it was not bad, and I was glad to know he was being thorough. For lunch, I got a shrimp tempura roll and miso soup, and both were tasty and fresh. I loved the complimentary yoga class, which happens daily from 2-3 PM. Regarding the bathhouse, it's listed on their website that you have to be nude, and plenty of people have talked about that, so I won't bore you with those details. That being said, the varying temperatures are nice, so you can choose based on your comfort. The showers are in the same bath area and are open, just to note, but nobody is really looking at you. You get comfortable pretty quickly once you realize nobody cares and there's a lot of body positivity. Overall, I had a lovely experience. The staff are friendly and help you feel comfortable, and there are plenty of things to do. Definitely recommend staying the whole day. If you want to enjoy all the amenities but are a little wary about the nudity, I suggest coming early when there's less people, and it feels a little more private. I was slightly hesitant to visit the spa based on the mixed reviews I saw online, but ultimately decided to give it a chance. I had never been to a Korean spa, and I live over an hour away, so I was really hoping for a good experience. That being said, I'm very happy I decided to come and look forward to coming back.

Receptionist asked if she can assign me with someone else. I said anyone but Jimmy (owner). My son and I had him once before and he did not do a good job. When I walked in today, they gave me Leo. He took over Allen's station. I asked for 2" off with lots of layers to give my hair some volume since I have very thin hair. Leo showed me how much he would cut off and I gave him the go ahead. I thought Asians are supposed to be great at math but holy shhhh he started cutting and cutting and cutting and it got shorter and shorter. At this point it was hard for me to say something. Pretty sure that he cut off FIVE whole inches. Not only did he cut off 5" but the layers he gave me were very choppy, it looks like he hacked it with a saw. The receptionist came by to sweep up my hair with a dust pan and my eyes were bugging out because I was in shock at how much he cut off. I spend an obscene amount on high quality hair products at home to keep my hair healthy. Now it looks like shhhh. Never in my entire life have I ever gotten such a bad cut. I know it's just hair and it will grow back but I felt I need to write this review to warn others. When layers are trimmed, it should fall softy and naturally. He also thinned out my ends so much that it looks weird. OMG!! I can't!! The strange thing is, all the best stylist at this salon, Allen, Ben, Jackie left. I showed Kyle MULTIPLE pictures of the shape/style I wanted and specifically said I did not want my hair to have a choppy, V-shape. This is EXACTLY what I got. Immediately after leaving, I went to another hair stylist in an attempt to correct be disaster. Kyle thinned my hair so badly that the other stylist was shocked. While my hair was being colored, I was very uncomfortable because the two stylists were speaking about me in their native tongue. Even the color, which I was initially happy with, came out uneven in the back. Kyle seemed like a nice guy, but in retrospect, I should have refused to pay the $180 for this horrendous experience.
