However, we ended up waiting for over 40 minutes as for some reason, the receptionist in the front took other people that came in after us to the back. From what we heard, they were also walk-in clients, no appointments reserved prior to them coming in, so that got us feeling a bit too impatient. I really needed the massage though and my body felt so good after. I wouldn't stop by without a reservation prior if possible.

I paid more than double at a nearby spa (I won't name) and didn't have a great massage. I am in and out within 15 minutes, and unlike many other places I've tried, the work here seems to be consistent across the board. All of my experiences at this location (the storefront right next to lower level Nordstrom) have been positive. The appearance is clean and the women who do the brows are very quiet, but friendly. For awhile they were not able to charge tip to your card but they can now! 5/5

There was a pretty decent wait with about 5 people in front of me waiting to get their brows done as well. She did a fantastic job and I have no complaints about the actual eyebrow threading. The only reason for the 4 stars is the price- $17 for eyebrow threading before tip! I felt that was very steep, but understandable that the rates may be higher since it's in a mall. Good if you're already at the mall and need your eyebrows done, but I'll definitely be looking to see if there are more affordable options.

The appearance of Tutti Nails is luxe. Very clean. Very modern. Excellent curb appeal. The place really does invite you in. The location is extremely convenient. I was a walk-in and needed my nails done for an outing. I have to say, my nails were looking horrible before in entered this establishment. The women who work here are extremely nice. The customer service is outstanding; it would be definitely worthy of four stars. The work itself-ummmm.....I might have taken the tech outside of her wheelhouse. I asked for a coffin shape, clear gel build out extension. She took her time (1.5hrs to be exact), she was meticulous, and she did her best. As I initially stated, I did like the nails. Where the remorse came in...they were longer than I had anticipated, too long for me to navigate. So long, that I crack my thumb nail before I left the mall. I had to cut them down, only to find out that the nails were SUPER thick and the polish wasn't cleanly done. I really wanted to give this establishment a better rating. I am not sure if I will return for this type of service. But, I might return just to get a regular manicure.

I wish I could give them zero stars. We (3 of us) went there for Mani & Pedi and we all had buyers remorse. I regret even tipping, because they didn't deserve it. Although conveniently located in the mall, I urge you to please save your money and time.

Some were great for a short while but after some time started falling short of my standards. That has not been the case here. I have been booking services at Lavo for around 5 months now and my nails have never looked better. For starters, they have an all-star receptionist. She is so kind and helpful and on top of her job! They are a very busy salon and yet I never have trouble booking an appointment. They are as accommodating as can be. Even when they miss my phone call, I instantly receive a call or text back. I have been serviced by several nail technicians and they are all so very talented. I never bother booking with a specific tech because I know that no matter who I see, they will do an amazing job I was recommended doing soft gel manicures and it has been the best decision ever made. My career is very physical so i would often have a lot of wear and tear on my nails but not with soft gel. The gel polish never chips and my nails have never been stronger. I am usually able to go 4 weeks with my nails still looking great but ready for a fill. I love this salon and as long as I live within a drivable distance I will never change. They are cash or zelle/venmo only. So be prepared. And in my opinion they are charging fairly for services considering the quality of the work. Thanks Lavo!
