There is a very good reason why her massage place is rated with five stars: she is THAT GOOD. She'll talk to you, then let you zone out once you're comfortable. Oh, and to be extremely blunt for any creeps lurking around: DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE NOT LOOKING FOR A MASSAGE. This place is for people who want therapy to improve their mental and physical health. So, please do yourself a favor and make sure that that's genuinely why you're coming. Michelle is a gem of a massage therapist and deserves all the reviews that she gets. Her parlor is also located in a really awesome complex with just about everything from really good local coffee to pizza to Chinese food and bubble tea!

I felt like a new person and didn't want to leave the bed when it was finished lol. Thank you Michelle for such a great experience!! :)

However, we ended up waiting for over 40 minutes as for some reason, the receptionist in the front took other people that came in after us to the back. From what we heard, they were also walk-in clients, no appointments reserved prior to them coming in, so that got us feeling a bit too impatient. I really needed the massage though and my body felt so good after. I wouldn't stop by without a reservation prior if possible.

I paid more than double at a nearby spa (I won't name) and didn't have a great massage. This is my go to spot.

Being a first time customer she told me about her journey to become a skin care professional and about the products that she uses. You can smell the natural ingredients in the products she uses. She also informs you of the product she is using and why. This was very helpful. My facial was very relaxing and afterward my skin looked fresher and smoother. I really noticed a difference when applying make up, it went on smoothly and even. I will definitely be back and I'm looking forward to trying some of her other facials. They all sound great. I go about 4 or 5 times a year, and I would love to go every month The skin care line from her is also fantastic The spa is so pretty, and she absolutely loves what she does. Do NOT visit this practice unless you trust someone unqualified and inexperienced with your face…read more I visited Dr. Niu back in March 2025 for a simple cortisone shot, which I have had countless times before with other practitioners, and she was clearly inexperienced and unqualified to perform this service. Not only was she unable to give me the results that are expected from injecting a nodule pimple with a cortisone shot (the whole point in paying for the shot is to see flattening within 48 hours), but even worse - her technique was so shockingly poor that it caused severe fat atrophy in the entire area on my face. This has left an EXTREMELY noticeable dent in my face for several months that I now had to visit two separate med spas for consultations and ultimately had to pay $900 for a syringe of filler to see a slight resolution in the damage she caused. When I initially reached out to Dr. Niu about my concern of this divot due to fat atrophy in April 2025, she was extremely dismissive and took no accountability for the negative side-effect of her work. She mentioned that she had already provided me a refund (which was false because she had only given me a PARTIAL refund) and did not offer to fix the problem that she had created. The partial refund she gave me did not even begin to cover the amount of money I had to spend to fix this. I have pictures of the damage she caused as well as my text messages with her that show how unprofessional, condescending, and dismissive she was throughout the experience. Obviously this was distressing and disheartening for me as a patient. She is not a trustworthy or skilled practitioner and a simple conversation with her will prove that she's not confident speaking to a lot of the procedures she offers. I regret going against my intuition and trusting her anyway. She deletes her bad reviews and the one or two bad reviews that I have seen on here, she has replied to in an immature and dismissive manner that would not be expected from a true professional doctor. I am reporting her to the New Jersey Medical Licensing Board because this is absolutely unacceptable and I don't want other women to go through what I did. If you have also experienced this and seen that your review was somehow removed by her, I urge you to do the same.
