My daughter, 9, loved this place. She enjoyed every second. This was her first time and we went during the day and no one was there. She loved it!

First, the decor beautiful and everything is up to date and well-maintained. The big beds are really comfortable, the showers are clean and spacious and have good hot water and water pressure, the tub drains well, and the whole premises is safe and well-lit. The whole hotel is non-smoking. It's a very clean, very well kept up, and well-run hotel. The free Wi-Fi always worked. The locks could be connected to my iPhone via Bluetooth so I only had to press a button on an app on my phone to get into the building and unlock the door to my room. We had two big flat screen TVs with all the channels. There was a nice welcome message stating my Hilton membership status on the TV every time I checked in. A Target is across the parking lot and I loved that. It was so convenient. We really enjoyed the breakfasts. Derrick and his team did an amazing job, providing a delicious variety of fresh hot and cold food every day. The breakfast room has lots of plants and a high ceiling and enormous windows, and it just felt refreshing and invigorating to step in there every day. It had a good vibe. Due to my home being destroyed by water damage, my husband and were guests here for a full four months. I'm so grateful to everyone here for making this our home away from home during an extremely turbulent and stressful time. Many of the employees here were a blessing. These individuals went out of their way to help me: Javier, Camille, Ana, Arthur, Karnell, Derrick, Mervin, and Lupe. I'm grateful to you all!

Working with M4U has always been like working with family so when it came to planning our wedding,…read morethere was no question about which entertainment team we would choose. For years, we knew we wanted DJ Vandan and MC Neil to be at our wedding. Neil MC'd my sweet 16 and since that day, I knew there was no better choice for my wedding. Throughout the entire planning process and the day of, they gave us exactly what we wanted. There was no back and forth or push back from the team about our ideas at all. We had so much trust that we pretty much handed them the keys to do whatever they wanted in terms of entertainment/lighting and we were NOT disappointed. Our guests continue to rave about the MC and DJ combo, especially about DJ Vandan's song choices, playing a mix of Bollywood, hip hop, as well as classics to make sure all of our friends and family were on the dance floor and having a good time. Neil kept the crowd LIT the ENTIRE NIGHT until the absolute last song. Even though there were issues with our venue, the team figured things out without us even knowing that there were any issues. M4U had made the ballroom look incredible, whether it was the amazing vinyl wrap, the lighting throughout our reception, or the large video wall around the DJ booth, they knocked it out of the park. DJ Ronak and MC Aakash also did an awesome job with our Garba/Sangeet, there were a few last minute surprises that were thrown at them and they handled everything calmly and professionally. The lighting at the Garba/Sangeet during the surprise performances made the whole experience so much more climactic and exciting. If you are looking for the best entertainment company in the game, look no further - M4U never disappoints.

Our family and friends cannot stop talking about how incredible this team is. We met with Neil months before the wedding, and he completely understood who we were as people, our music interests and the vibes we wanted to bring to our wedding--that meant the most to us. The dance floor was popping before the Sangeet even started. They had us crowd surfing, had our friends and family raging, and had us going all night long. You have to trust me here, if you want a team that pays attention to you, your story, who you are and what you love and then can bring that to an energy level that is unmatched- this is your dream team.

Delta Hotels Woodbridge is a good hotel and is the best around this area, but benefits from no…read moresolid competition. It's probably the largest hotel in the area and was hosting a film industry convention while I was there. I have stayed at this hotel a few times before and my rating improved slightly this time, especially given they gave me a courtesy upgrade owing to a shortage of King bed rooms which I reserved, but there are several issues that keep the rating nearly the same. 1. Reservations are still executed centrally via Marriott and the wait time could be a moment, but was easier to navigate through the prompts this time. Staff are friendly and efficient at the front desk when one checks in and out. 2. The hotel lacks amenities of a hotel this size. It does have a pool, but has no shop evident where one could buy a charger, toothbrush or aspirin if one forgot to bring the like. 3. The upgraded King Suite had no microwave or refrigerator. The dark and smooth tile on the bathroom floor can become dangerously slippery if the shower leaks water running across that floor and the towel laid down on the floor does not catch all the runoff. You may not see the water runoff on the dark tile and could lose your footing. Be careful. The toilet paper could benefit from better placement, making it less awkward to reach. You will hunt around for light switches on the walls and next to your bed the first time entering the dark room. The televisions and room a/c unit worked well, but the a/c heating unit was a bit noisy. 4. At well over two hundred dollars a night for a King room, there is no breakfast voucher for the cafe on the ground level to the right of the entrance. The cafe has a very basic menu and they serve your order as if it's to go in a bag, with boxes inside. If you specify that you are eating in your room, that would be fine. However, it's wasteful of paper and cardboard when a plate would suffice and be easier from which to eat. As a captive audience, it's the only thing immediately within reach. A few scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries, twin pancakes and small coffee is nineteen bucks. Not bad, but could and would be better if competitive options were immediately available. This hotel benefits from a lack of real competition in the immediate area. The price points are a bit high for what you get and that is a consequence of a lack of real competition in the area, inflation notwithstanding. The friendly and respectful staff deserve your attention. The people who work here from the front desk to housekeeping have been great each time. 3.2 stars

I really want to give a shoutout to Joel at the Delta Woodbridge. I've been here for several days…read morenow, and watching him work has genuinely impressed me. This hotel gets busy, and the staff here deals with A LOT. I've watched Joel handle a full bar, food orders, guests needing things, and what feels like a million things happening at once -- and somehow he handles all of it with such ease and calm. He never seems flustered, never makes a guest feel like they're bothering him, and still manages to be attentive and personable with everyone. What really stands out is how effortless he makes it look. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about the people he's taking care of. That kind of attitude is hard to find, especially when you're dealing with the public all day. I travel a lot for work, so I see a lot of different hotels and service levels, and Joel is someone I'll actually remember from this trip. I really hope the GM and Marriott leadership see this because Joel deserves some recognition. People like him are what make a hotel experience memorable, and you're lucky to have him.

Ordered the red and white wine sangria a which were surprisingly tasty. For our appetizer we got the French Onion Soup and Thai wings. The soup was way too salty and like 2lbs of cheese on top. The Thai wings came with like 3 pieces of celery sticks (not enough) and the wings were very greasy and dripping in a sweet and sour sauce. Not very appetizing. I got the salad with walnuts, feta, apples and grilled chicken; this was very tasty and had just enough dressing so the salad wasn't mushy. My husband got the Turkey Burger with sweet potato fries which he enjoyed as well. Service was really good with attentive workers and fairly fast service. Would probably come back here for drinks and some horse betting and the salad.

No apologies, no one said up front anything would be delayed, they all acted like it was normal. The nacho's came at the 75 min mark and were cold and literally had no cheese on them. See attached picture. At this point we just said forget the rest of the food since we had no clue when it was coming anyway. As would be expected we asked to speak with the manager who had a nonchalant attitude and was like "sorry a lot of people here for derby day kitchen is backed up". No genuine apology, she honestly seemed bothered to even have to come speak to us. McCloones do yourself a favor and get your name off of this place. I've dined at your West Orange and Long Branch locations and you should be ashamed to be associated with this place. Crappy service, crappy food, and management who doesn't care. Place your bets have a drink and leave, it's all its good for.
