Aldo came to do the work promptly for what I thought was a fair price, but less than 2 weeks later,…read moreall of the weeds are growing back, as they were not removed nor treated properly. The job was half done. I told him and asked him to come back and complete the job and he said it's normal for the weeds to come back and that a lot of his customers have him weed on a monthly basis... maybe a weed here or there, but I paid well for weeding and mulching to eradicate weeds and this was not our arrangement. Did not seem to understand that to keep weeds from growing back, he should have put down weed mat or sprayed - he did not do either and did not raise either as 'extra'. So, $300 for these areas and 2 weeks later it looks like my yard bed is heading back to where we started. Spraying here and there is reasonable as a homeowner, but as a landscaping company, I expected better service and more knowledge. He told me he did his job well and isn't coming back. I wanted to give a chance for someone to come back and correct, but he said no, so I want to leave an honest review for other yelp users looking for a similar project.

Not only did they leave my backyard looking even neater than when they arrived, but Manuel's team also went above and beyond by weeding and mulching the front yard and side yard (not pictured) with extra mulch at no additional cost -- even though it wasn't part of the original scope. Pricing was extremely fair, and the quality of work was excellent. Manuel truly lives up to the positive reviews I read beforehand, which is why I decided to give him a try. Huge thanks to the previous reviewers and to Manuel for a fantastic job! P.S. - I called Manuel for one quote at my rental property for fencing.
