I've take my kids to the Great Wolf Lodge in Naples two times. My kids absolutely loved the experience and want to go back. The G.W.L. is a kid's paradise. We all enjoy having fun together on the water slides and ropes course. We also enjoy the mini-golf, mini-bowling, and playing a game of VR. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The rooms are clean. You will occasionally hear a child running down the hall. From an adults perspective, the hotel is a little noisy and chaotic which is to be expected for a hotel that caters to children. I would like to see more healthy food options. Lastly, the hotel is located near a dump. At times during the week, there are large flocks of crows and birds that fly between the dump and the pool deck. I observed that the birds poop all over the pool deck and the staff have to clean the pool deck in the morning before it opens to guests.

My family and I visited this location this past weekend. Rooms were big and clean. They were not able to accommodate us earlier so check in was at 4pm. You can still use the amenities before. Check in line was slow despite many employees at the front desk. Employees throughout the facility were friendly. There are many things to entertain your kids; however it is overpriced, in my opinion. We also dinned at their Fireside restaurant. Food was good and managers came to check in on us a couple of times which was a nice gesture.

Wow! Where do I begin? Great Wolf Lodge was such a fun family getaway! We live about two hours away and drove over Sunday morning, stayed one night, and checked out on Monday. It was one of the best family experiences we've had, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Starting with the location, the resort is conveniently situated right off I-75 and is impossible to miss. The property is huge and offers plenty of parking. My only minor complaint is that there is very little shade in the parking lot. Check-in was quick and easy. Kirsten at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She answered all of our questions and made the arrival process seamless. Upon check-in, every guest receives a pair of wolf ears, which is a fun touch and makes everyone feel like part of the "pack." Our toddler was celebrating a birthday a few days later, so we purchased the birthday package, which was under $40 and absolutely worth it. It included two large balloon displays, a birthday poster, a special birthday wolf plush, birthday wolf ears, and a bag filled with toys and treats. One of the coolest perks was the included birthday cup, which could be filled at the candy bar in the gift shop. Our toddler loved leaving with a cup full of gummy bears! The resort's app is also very helpful. It provides a schedule of all the activities happening throughout the day. There are so many kid-friendly events offered in the morning, afternoon, and evening. The lobby itself is incredibly interactive and comes alive at night with story time, dance parties, and other entertainment. It's truly something you have to experience in person. The resort also has dining options on-site, including a full-service restaurant and smaller food spots such as Dunkin'. Of course, the biggest attractions are the Adventure Park and water park. The Adventure Park includes a ropes course, arcade, mini golf, bowling, and more. During our short stay, we spent our time in the arcade and water park. The arcade was a lot of fun and reasonably priced. Everything is loaded onto a prepaid card, making it easy to add money, track credits, and store tickets for prize redemption. The water park was the true standout. It is massive and has something for every age group. There are multiple play areas for younger children, exciting slides for older kids and adults, a lazy river, a wave pool, and a giant tipping bucket that drenches everyone below. And that's just the indoor water park. Outside, there is another large pool with a beach-style entry that gradually gets deeper. There are lounge chairs positioned right in the water, which made for a very relaxing experience. The outdoor area also includes a hot tub, bar, and convenient restroom facilities. One feature I especially appreciated was the wide variety of complimentary life jackets available for children of different ages and sizes. Being able to use them throughout the park was such a great benefit for families. Honestly, this place exceeded our expectations in every way. From the staff and activities to the water park and family-friendly atmosphere, Great Wolf Lodge delivered an incredible experience. We are already planning our next trip back!

Day Pass

Absolutely worth the money for a family trip or even a day trip of you are in Naples, Fl area. The Wolf Pass is great for the amount of activities included, the only thing I would suggest is letting guests know they need to check-in with the attendant at the computer stations at each activity. It was a bit confusing at first. Parking is an extra charge as well as the lockers they have a kiosks to keep your things secured cost varies by size. I got the smallest one was $10 Had lots of Fun.... FYI the Rope Climbing is not for the faint of heart, it's a full body workout

Our spring break stay at Great Wolf Lodge was such a fun and memorable experience especially for my daughter! There are so many activities to keep kids busy. We purchased the Wolf Pass so we could experience everything together, but my daughter ended up running into a friend from school and spent a lot of time playing with her. In hindsight, I probably could've just gotten the pass for her. The indoor water park stays nice and warm, so you don't have to worry about the weather at all. The wave pool, slides, and overall setup were perfect for kids. My daughter especially loved the slides and the ropes course which even included a small zip line. We also tried MagiQuest, which was a fun interactive game with wands and quests throughout the lodge. We didn't spend a ton of time on it, but it was still a cool experience. One thing I'll say for parents with only children considering a trip like this...do it. Your child will make friends. There are kids everywhere, and it's a very social, family-friendly environment. The only downside for me was the food. There are plenty of on-site options, but the quality was inconsistent. The breakfast buffet wasn't great the first day but was much better the second. Same with the food hall...chicken wings were amazing one day and not fresh the next. The restaurant food was also underwhelming (the mashed potatoes tasted instant, which was disappointing). Considering the prices, I expected more consistency and quality. That said, everything else was great. The lodge felt very safe, and I was especially impressed with the number of lifeguards actively watching the water park...they were attentive and clearly doing their job well! Great experience overall.

Great experience! My grandson loves to come here, age 4. Although crowded as it is a holiday weekend, it is not as bad as I thought it would be and we are having a great time!

Ok... finally giving my thoughts on Great Wolf Lodge Naples. I contracted some sort of virus from this place. And I am finally feeling normal. lol. But.... Would I do it again? Absolutely. The look on my grandkids faces was priceless. So I will suffer with another virus for them. We did a 2 night stay by using a Groupon. Thank you Groupon. It made it affordable which is always a plus. The only reason I gave it a 4 is the overall affordability. It's a very pricey place. You pay for everything outside of what you pay for your room. Thank goodness it includes the waterpark passes. That was primarily why we were there. And we all enjoyed every minute. Outside of the water park we spent a lot of time in the Arcade. It was a lot of fun. A lot of tickets won and they walked away with some great prizes. Over all our stay was good. Room was nice and spacious. And comfortable. The activities on the lobby for the kids were great. Especially the story time. Watching our 2 year old grandson enjoy that was priceless.

New update! As this being our second time here, both celebrating birthdays... we've just had an absolute blast! The rooms were very clean and stocked with coffee. The dance parties were our favorite, the slides were wonderful, the park was just full of exorbitant and love! This is our go to adopt for family events. It doesn't matter how old you are, Great Wolf Lodge is a treasure to everyone! Can't wait to return!!!

We spent 3 nights here on a family vacation. We booked a few months in advance so we were seriously looking forward to this trip. I've heard so much about this franchise (specially the GA location) so my interest was definitely piqued when I found out they had a property in Naples as well. Finding the property was fairly easy. I did imagine it would be bigger, but that did not take away from the magic. There is a '15 minute max' unloading area where families can snag a luggage cart if needed and get items on the curb before parking. Once we entered the lobby my son was greeted with wolf ears and our adventure began. He was able to enjoy music and games with the other kids while we waited in line to check in. They also have kiosks inside the lobby for self-check in options. Within about 20 minutes of our arrival they were announcing a dance party that was about to take place so my son was ecstatic. After dropping our bags off in our room we quickly headed back downstairs to check out the arcade and scope out the other fun extras you can add to enhance your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the ropes course and zip lining. I cannot thank the wonderful staff enough for their kindness and courteous demeanors throughout our entire stay. We did not encounter a single employee who brushed us off or did not exceed our expectations for service. Food on property is ok. I did not eat anything that wow'd me but most restaurants offered some decent options a la carte and buffet style. I did not partake in any alcohol on property but there are bars serving cocktails and beer. They are very accommodating with allowing outside food and drinks so with proper planning you can really cut costs here if nowhere else during your stay. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was consistent. It wasn't a hassle getting enough rags and towels like some places. The lobby offers daily read alongs, dance parties and game events to keep the kids engaged even when they aren't frolicking around the waterpark. There was a mini golf course, a play gym, an adventure quest game, VR games and a 'gold' mining area to name a few add ons. The waterpark includes various slides, a lazy river, a wave pool and other play areas for smaller kids. I love that they have an abundance of life jackets in various sizes. Towels are provided and checked out via your room (wristband). Chairs are first some first serve with the option to purchase a cabana for a more intimate experience for your family. Some slides take you outside the facility and bring you back inside which is very cool and my son was so bummed he wasn't tall enough to try them out. He did enjoy the lazy river, the kids area and one of the tube slides a lot so we rode those until he couldn't take the chlorine anymore lol. They have restrooms and a shower area so you don't have to run back through the hotel soaking wet, so make sure to pack a bag to bring with you down from the room. There were a few lighting delays which causes the lazy river to get super crowded. I would not recommend during these times unless you're looking to be stressed out fighting between families. This is the opportune time to take advantage of the indoor activities. They take bed time VERY seriously here which I love. I did not hear any loud noises or hallway commotion after quiet hours. All activities, restaurants and shops also close around this same time making it easier to enforce. Check out was a breeze. I look forward to staying at some of their other locations in the future.

3 stars is about right. You go in expecting a lot more here but never gets passed 3 stars. Make sure you have the wristband they make you wear on your left wrist. Why? So that when you drive in and out of this place it's easy to open the gate. You may ask, why do we need to be in and out - because the food is meh at best and super over priced. You can drive 10 - 15 minutes and be anywhere wayyy better for food. The 3 stars go to the indoor waterpark which is a huge plus during cold days/nights. If your kids are under 8 years old they should get a kick out of this place. Anything older than that, they'll get bored. Unless, all they're about is the indoor waterpark. If you're nearby, within 2 hours, a day pass wouldn't hurt or maybe just a one-nights stay. The rope course is cool for kids and they also have an arcade, mini golf and bowling.

What a wonderful weekend we had. We celebrated our son's bday and he had an amazing time. I would highly recommend coming here instead of spending a bunch of money on a party that will only last a couple of hours. My family and I will be coming back!

Our family of four stayed for two nights during Labor Day weekend. Big mistake--it was extremely crowded. We arrived at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, and both self-check-in and regular check-in lines were long. Aubrey at the front desk was kind and helpful, but our room wasn't ready, so we went straight to the water park, which was standing room only. The lazy river and wave pool were filled shoulder-to-shoulder. Our room matched the online description. A TV in the kids' area and a curtain for privacy would have been nice. No safe meant we had to lock electronics in the car. Housekeeping was friendly and kept the room clean. The water park had poor ventilation and an overwhelming chlorine smell, so we were glad for other amenities. My daughter loved the zip line, and as a family we enjoyed bowling and mini golf. Arriving early the second day made the water park much more enjoyable--we were able to get chairs and ride the slides before the crowds. Restrooms stayed very clean despite heavy use. Food was the biggest letdown. We waited 25 minutes for nearly cold burgers while staff stood around. The pizza was even worse, with little cheese and only six pepperoni slices--our nine-year-old barely touched it. The breakfast buffet (which we prepaid) was the best dining option, with hot food, eggs to order, and decent savings compared to paying at the restaurant. After the pizza experience, we picked up food from Publix nearby. Other chain options are also close. The Ultimate Fun Pass was a highlight, giving us unlimited bowling, mini golf, zip line, and drink refills. Overall, our kids had fun, and we had a chance to relax. However, for the price and crowds, I'm not sure we'd return--especially since we have other vacation options closer to home.

Story time which was pretty cool, I'm sure younger kids will enjoy this.

Not sure where to start, we were really excited for this Resort and we're so happy when they opened up in Naples, otherwise we would have gone to the location in Georgia. We were all ultimately disappointed and not because the Resort is horrible, but more on the expected experience. The indoor water park is really small, not at all what we expected. The lazy river is a joke!!! .... I mean it's super small and the wave pool is no bigger than my community pool. They had some cool water slides but again we have been to other parks with way better slides. Honestly, we had more fun at the outdoor pool, but that is available in any Hotel/Resort. The Resort is nice and clean as you would expect being that the location was recently opened in Q3 of 2024. Perhaps my kids are too big to enjoy this Resort (16 & 10), I can see younger kids having a better experience, but if you have been to other water parks it may still disappoint. The indoor activities were also meh at best, the interactive wand experience is quite limited, I mean the kids can complete the attraction in a matter of minutes, the arcade is super small, the obstacle course was quite cool and was probably the best attraction in the Resort. The food options are horrible, the Fireside restaurant is way overpriced for what you get, so we opted to venture out to grab food, but the surrounding area is also limited on what's available. The story time is very cool, nice effects but more for younger kids. I heard other Great Wolf Lodge locations are way bigger so unsure why this new location was so small in comparison. If you have older kids like mines, you're better off going to the Rapids in WPB or Volcano Bay/Aquatica/Typhoon Lagoon/Blizzard Beach in Orlando, which is a hundred times better for the same price range (this place is not cheap!!). At the end of the day, we came but we will not visit again, it's a one and done event. Hope others are able to enjoy but once you visit other water parks in Florida (which we have plenty off) it leaves this place undesirable.

We struck up a conversation, and she thanked me for my patience while waiting in line. Since I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member, I asked if there happened to be any upgrades available. She smiled and said she had found one for me. I thanked her, headed upstairs, and opened the doors to what I can only describe as the most incredible hotel suite I have ever seen. I knew something was different the moment I saw the double entry doors. Inside was an immaculate, magnificent suite featuring a spacious living room, a luxurious master bedroom, a second bedroom, spacious living room and **three bathrooms**, with breathtaking views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the beach, and the pool from multiple balconies. The master bathroom alone was larger than many standard hotel rooms and even featured its own Toto toilet. Every detail reflected luxury, from the remote-controlled drapes and sheers to every toiletry imaginable, and even a thoughtfully stocked minibar featuring Macallan 12. I was so stunned that I immediately Face Timed my wife to show her the suite. Her reaction? *"You have to come get me."* I had driven two hours from home to attend a conference and had expected nothing more than a beautiful room with a king-size bed. Instead, I found myself in what felt like a private luxury residence. So, I got back in my car, drove the two hours home, picked up my wife and daughter, and then drove the two hours back to Naples--all so they could experience this extraordinary suite with me. It was absolutely worth every mile. I've been staying in hotels for more than 50 years, and without question, this is the finest hotel room I have ever experienced. What makes the experience even more remarkable is that it all came from a complimentary upgrade as a Marriott Bonvoy member. That one thoughtful gesture transformed a business trip into an unforgettable family memory. The Ritz-Carlton, Naples delivered an experience I'll never forget. Thank you to the wonderful woman at the front desk for her kindness and generosity and thank you to everyone at the Ritz-Carlton for making this one of the most memorable hotel stays of my life.

The beds were my favorite as the sheets are very comfy. The view is stellar over looking the marina with boats docked. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. I also think the highlight of this hotel is the service. Our rooms were cleaned every day, even when we were in our rooms late afternoon and needed the room cleaned later on in the day without having to ask to come back later for cleaning. Also, the pools, hot tub, and lazy river are so fun and beautifully kept. There is also an adult only section of the pool with a lap pool , regular pool, and hot tub which was nice. However, the club where the pools are are a little far and the hotel staff transport you to and from the pools back to the hotel. Some times it takes five minutes but when they're busy you might wait 10-20 minutes for a shuttle which can sometimes be hard to wait with small children. Also, if you want a shuttle to the beach it's great because they give you towels, umbrellas, and chairs. The downside is we had to wait almost 30 minutes for the shuttle back to the hotel. The same gentlemen that valet the cars are the ones that shuttle guests around. When they're busy valeting, shuttle services get backed up. I do think they should have more shuttles, but other than that it was a wonderful experience. Lastly, Larry was one of the best shuttle staff. He was personable, helpful, and always had a smile. Overall, we enjoyed our time here.

Overall, I dig the resort even if the amenity pricing overall is pricey. My wife and loved the bedroom with the ceiling high mirror by the beds. We managed to sleep ok in one of the queen-sized beds (they didn't have any kings available). The bathroom had a separate roman tub, which was really nice, in addition to the clear glass-paneled standing shower. Plenty of counter space to place our toiletries, and the closet space was solid. Being that we were there for three nights at least, we were able to spread out in the room. The desk area was really good to do work, while the front cocktail/snack bar area allowed us to place our drinks and other snacks with a refrigerator below for cold beverages and leftovers. There is an adult only pool in addition to the large pool with the tropical island motif water slide for the kids to play on. The main pool area is really nice and had a nice design with a walk-in entrance on the north side. I was bummed that the hot tub in the adult only area was under repair for our trip. I really had wanted to go in that. A good feature for the pool area is that there is an elevator that will take you up to the third floor where the fitness center is located as well as the rooms, bypassing the lobby altogether. The pricing for food and beverages was high but more hotel-price high than just palm beach high. Still, it was expensive for the breakfast buffet when it was the standard fare such as scrambled eggs and bacon. For more than $30, I only did it once. After which I just went to the coffee bar that had cold brew. The main bar was jammed packed due to the conference being held that my wife was attending. The bartenders did the best they could but I felt the hotel could have prepared better for having more bartenders and barbacks during those peak hours. The drinks and food we ordered one night were satisfying but felt it was a little more than what we could have paid. While the amenities such as the spa looked alluring, I wasn't sold on spending between $150 and $200 on a 60-minute massage. A lot of the options felt more out of price range than what I could have spent elsewhere. Despite the pricing concerns, the resort is really nice and the cart shuttles that take you on the boardwalk to the beach is fantastic. There is a cafe by the beach when you arrive where you can order hot dogs, burgers, and sandwiches as well as ice cream and cold drinks. They also have alcoholic beverages if you are inclined. What a disappointment. We staid here due to the over hype…read moreof people announcing the resort as "amazing" online. The restaurants did not deliver, the day we arrived we visited Quinn's. We were sat on a high top table after we said we had 3 small kids. I asked if the high chair was as high as the table and we were told yes. To my surprise when the high chair came it was the height of a regular chair to which my toddler kept sliding off. We ordered the kids food first so it would come out "quicker". The food took about 45 mins to an hour to come. When I mentioned I had a shellfish allergy I was told I could not eat their French fries, I could not have anything that was fried since it was all with the same oil. I ordered the burger on their menu which after waiting for my food I was told I could also not have that. I ended up eating a regular cheese burger. We said we wouldn't return, but at dinner time there are apparently 5 restaurants at the resort. Some don't allow children, another requires a dress code, so in reality you have 3 restaurants to choose from. We returned to Quinn's for dinner, where we waited an hour for our food after ordering. We were told the kitchen was backed up, but the restaurant was not full and mind you there are 5 other restaurants on property. When our food arrived, the ceviche that was ordered was completely dry. To be honest the food was below average. I'd recommend anyone staying here to eat OUTSIDE the hotel. We also tried the other restaurant the Polynesian one. The food was average, it also took a very long time. On the third evening we dinned outside of the hotel and the service was much better. The services from the waiters was fine however the kitchen needs to improve. The breakfast restaurant with the buffet is designed so you pay the high price of $44 for a buffet. We ordered something from the regular menu because some people weren't going to eat enough to make the $44 worth it. The food took so long, it's almost as if they do it on purpose so you're more likely to choose the buffet, pay extra to get your food immediately. Mind you, some of the things ordered were waffles, which were available on the buffet side immediately made. For the $600-$1000 that this hotel costs a night. I do not find the service and attention worth it. The rooms need upgrades, staff takes a long time to answer the phone, however when you call from and outside line, they answer immediately. You're better off staying at the Hilton, and paying less.

Very nice hotel. I was here for a business trip this week and just got back…read more PROS: -Great customer service. Someone else noted on here that they always open the lobby doors for you, which is a nice touch. They also offered me a bottle of water or champagne, I believe it was, upon check-in, I did see the champagne and figured it was for people with status, but I guess not! -Lovely rooms with lots of space, I received one with two queen beds, even though I was just by myself. I also had a partial view of the pool. I ended up going to a lot of the rooms this trip because that's where my meetings were, and one of them had a really nice pool view and sitting area so that must've been a suite. -Pretty nice pool area. I walked around it my first night here and I finally got to use it on my third night. Do note that the lazy river area and waterslides all close at 6 PM, which made it difficult as my meetings usually went until five or 6 PM. There are maybe 5 pools including an adults pool (ages 17+). -Meeting spaces were all very nice but kinda spread apart ... a bit of a walk sometimes. CONS: -The shower in my room had very weak water pressure, I think because the knob that you turned to get it from bath to shower was not functioning correctly. (however: the bath tub was very nice ... one picky thing, though, the shampoo and conditioner and body wash are mounted on the wall so that's really difficult to use if you're taking a bath...) -You definitely need a car to get around (or Uber). I did DoorDash 2 of the 3 nights because of this. -On my last night doing DoorDash, the restaurant I ordered from didn't give me any utensils. I called the hotel restaurant to see if they could bring me some, and they said yes, but never did ... rather disappointing. This property was probably 4.5/5 from me so I'm rounding up to a 5, and I'd definitely stay here again. I'm pretty sure our conference rate was really reasonable as well, I believe it was $179 per night before taxes.

The property is beautiful and I loved the lazy river (except the inescapable waterfalls). I was…read morethere for a conference and was particularly impressed with Phil's events team. They were so respectful of the guests and kept our tables immaculately cleared. Access to the island by boat was a surprise and thoroughly enjoyable. Plus, the captain and boat crew were focused on ensuring patrons had a positive experience by slowing for bird and dolphin sightings and their willingness to take family pictures. In addition, our room was incredible with three balconies and two amazing views. The gym was also nice; all the machines were clean and working, plus it was well equipped. For such a fancy hotel, I was quite surprised there was nowhere to find water. I expected a fruity water station somewhere near the entry, a standard in high-end hotels today. I was also surprised the concierge could not provide a running map. Even with the local construction, the path right out the front door is nice and separated from traffic. I found the run to Target (for a cool coffee drink) was perfect for a 5-miler. Surely the 10-mile option would include even more treats. Having the front doors opened every time anyone approached the front of the hotel was a nice touch.

From the minute we arrived to our last breakfast before departing has left a memorable experience. It is an intimate setting , yet in the middle of everything in the fashionable Fifth Ave S location. Close the beach and walkable to everything. The restaurant called Veranda E overlooking the pool was so romantic that every dish coming from the kitchen was a work of art . We ordered the calamari with our happy hour wine and it was probably the best prepared calamari I have had. Clearly the owners if this inn understand quality and service! I will definitely return for another visit.

Instead of ordering à la carte off the menu, they switched to a prefix $195 per person menu. When we asked the restaurant why they were doing this to all of their patrons this late in the game, the girl replied it was not her decision, but the owners. Fat chance we could get a reservation this close to the event somewhere else. I will never eat here again.

Absolutely love this hotel. This was our first time back since hurricane ian. The service we…read morereceived from front desk and most staff was amazing. The managers were so attentive and every time we passed by checked in on us to see what activities we had done or suggest new activities for us to do. We loved the kayaking and paddle boards - also rented jet skis 2 separate days. Getting day passes for additional guests was super easy. Love the ease of the bracelets doing everything, being the key, room charge, proof we belong - super easy for everyone to keep track Of! The complimentary breakfast was "ok" nothing spectacular, but still decent. The guy who collected the towels by the pool (seemed like a manager/lead) was rude every single day - to the point we waited to take our towels back a few times to avoid another interaction. We will definitely be back!

The entire area was clean, right on the beach, and the staff was friendly everywhere we went. The resort offers a ton of amenities: free kayaks, bikes, paddleboards, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. They also have paid options like fishing charters and other nearby excursions. There are three pools total -- two family pools and one adults‑only pool -- plus a couple of hot tubs. Our room was amazing. We were on the first floor with a perfect view of the beach. The adults‑only pool was right in front of our balcony, so we could relax, listen to the music, or join the trivia games happening throughout the day. The room itself was spacious and included a kitchenette with a stove, which made it easy to cook if we wanted to. You can stay busy here or do absolutely nothing -- we chose the "chill" route. There are two restaurants and a bar on the property, but if you want more options, you can walk about 15-30 minutes (rough estimate) or drive 2 mins (fyi paid parking) to the main strip with plenty of shops and restaurants. The front desk also told us about a trolley that runs for $0.75 each way or $2.00 for an all‑day pass. Everything was close by, we didn't get in our car until it was time to head home. We'll definitely be coming back. It's a little on the pricier side, but with everything included -- and probably more that I'm forgetting -- it's absolutely worth it.
