Ok... finally giving my thoughts on Great Wolf Lodge Naples. I contracted some sort of virus from this place. And I am finally feeling normal. lol. But.... Would I do it again? Absolutely. The look on my grandkids faces was priceless. So I will suffer with another virus for them. We did a 2 night stay by using a Groupon. Thank you Groupon. It made it affordable which is always a plus. The only reason I gave it a 4 is the overall affordability. It's a very pricey place. You pay for everything outside of what you pay for your room. Thank goodness it includes the waterpark passes. That was primarily why we were there. And we all enjoyed every minute. Outside of the water park we spent a lot of time in the Arcade. It was a lot of fun. A lot of tickets won and they walked away with some great prizes. Over all our stay was good. Room was nice and spacious. And comfortable. The activities on the lobby for the kids were great. Especially the story time. Watching our 2 year old grandson enjoy that was priceless. read more

Our spring break stay at Great Wolf Lodge was such a fun and memorable experience especially for my daughter! There are so many activities to keep kids busy. We purchased the Wolf Pass so we could experience everything together, but my daughter ended up running into a friend from school and spent a lot of time playing with her. In hindsight, I probably could've just gotten the pass for her. The indoor water park stays nice and warm, so you don't have to worry about the weather at all. The wave pool, slides, and overall setup were perfect for kids. My daughter especially loved the slides and the ropes course which even included a small zip line. We also tried MagiQuest, which was a fun interactive game with wands and quests throughout the lodge. We didn't spend a ton of time on it, but it was still a cool experience. One thing I'll say for parents with only children considering a trip like this...do it. Your child will make friends. There are kids everywhere, and it's a very social, family-friendly environment. The only downside for me was the food. There are plenty of on-site options, but the quality was inconsistent. The breakfast buffet wasn't great the first day but was much better the second. Same with the food hall...chicken wings were amazing one day and not fresh the next. The restaurant food was also underwhelming (the mashed potatoes tasted instant, which was disappointing). Considering the prices, I expected more consistency and quality. That said, everything else was great. The lodge felt very safe, and I was especially impressed with the number of lifeguards actively watching the water park...they were attentive and clearly doing their job well! I stayed here for two nights on a business trip, and my experience was pretty mixed. On the positive side, check-in was excellent--the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and even got me checked in about three hours early, which was a huge plus. The property overall is very clean, and the common areas are clearly well maintained. While the room itself was clean, it definitely felt a bit worn and could use some TLC. There were noticeable spots on the walls where dining room chairs had clearly banged into them, with missing paint that made the room feel a little tired rather than polished. Dining was another mixed bag. The restaurant hours are pretty strange--the main dining area is only open from 5-9 pm. Outside of that window, your only option is a small area in the back. The pizza was surprisingly good, but the burgers are pre-cooked and simply reheated after you order. You get a text when it's ready, but there's no such thing as a fresh-made burger here. Also, despite being there for three days, I never once saw the Dunkin' Donuts open, which was disappointing. This hotel is very clearly geared toward families with kids. There were constant shows, activities, and events happening in the main lobby, which looked like a lot of fun--for children. As an adult traveling alone for business, it wasn't really my vibe, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again. Great Wolf is great for families! I take my kids here often and they love it! Get a cabana if you can. The rooms are always clean and very spacious. We love the water park. Good family place that has a lot to do for the kids. They were really excellent at fixing the small hiccups that could inconvenience your vacation. You will be lighter in the wallet after visiting make no mistakes. While I don't like paying extra for the zip lining and the bowling alley what I do like is the pool areas are super guarded. Not once did I see someone who was life guarding play on their phone or talking with their friends they were always watching and to me that says I can just chill, take a nap, or play on the water slides. read more

3 stars is about right. You go in expecting a lot more here but never gets passed 3 stars. Make sure you have the wristband they make you wear on your left wrist. Why? So that when you drive in and out of this place it's easy to open the gate. You may ask, why do we need to be in and out - because the food is meh at best and super over priced. You can drive 10 - 15 minutes and be anywhere wayyy better for food. The 3 stars go to the indoor waterpark which is a huge plus during cold days/nights. If your kids are under 8 years old they should get a kick out of this place. Anything older than that, they'll get bored. Unless, all they're about is the indoor waterpark. If you're nearby, within 2 hours, a day pass wouldn't hurt or maybe just a one-nights stay. The rope course is cool for kids and they also have an arcade, mini golf and bowling. read more

We spent 3 nights here on a family vacation. We booked a few months in advance so we were seriously looking forward to this trip. I've heard so much about this franchise (specially the GA location) so my interest was definitely piqued when I found out they had a property in Naples as well. Finding the property was fairly easy. I did imagine it would be bigger, but that did not take away from the magic. There is a '15 minute max' unloading area where families can snag a luggage cart if needed and get items on the curb before parking. Once we entered the lobby my son was greeted with wolf ears and our adventure began. He was able to enjoy music and games with the other kids while we waited in line to check in. They also have kiosks inside the lobby for self-check in options. Within about 20 minutes of our arrival they were announcing a dance party that was about to take place so my son was ecstatic. After dropping our bags off in our room we quickly headed back downstairs to check out the arcade and scope out the other fun extras you can add to enhance your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the ropes course and zip lining. I cannot thank the wonderful staff enough for their kindness and courteous demeanors throughout our entire stay. We did not encounter a single employee who brushed us off or did not exceed our expectations for service. Food on property is ok. I did not eat anything that wow'd me but most restaurants offered some decent options a la carte and buffet style. I did not partake in any alcohol on property but there are bars serving cocktails and beer. They are very accommodating with allowing outside food and drinks so with proper planning you can really cut costs here if nowhere else during your stay. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was consistent. It wasn't a hassle getting enough rags and towels like some places. The lobby offers daily read alongs, dance parties and game events to keep the kids engaged even when they aren't frolicking around the waterpark. There was a mini golf course, a play gym, an adventure quest game, VR games and a 'gold' mining area to name a few add ons. The waterpark includes various slides, a lazy river, a wave pool and other play areas for smaller kids. I love that they have an abundance of life jackets in various sizes. Towels are provided and checked out via your room (wristband). Chairs are first some first serve with the option to purchase a cabana for a more intimate experience for your family. Some slides take you outside the facility and bring you back inside which is very cool and my son was so bummed he wasn't tall enough to try them out. He did enjoy the lazy river, the kids area and one of the tube slides a lot so we rode those until he couldn't take the chlorine anymore lol. They have restrooms and a shower area so you don't have to run back through the hotel soaking wet, so make sure to pack a bag to bring with you down from the room. There were a few lighting delays which causes the lazy river to get super crowded. I would not recommend during these times unless you're looking to be stressed out fighting between families. This is the opportune time to take advantage of the indoor activities. They take bed time VERY seriously here which I love. I did not hear any loud noises or hallway commotion after quiet hours. All activities, restaurants and shops also close around this same time making it easier to enforce. Check out was a breeze. Our family of four stayed for two nights during Labor Day weekend. Big mistake--it was extremely crowded. We arrived at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, and both self-check-in and regular check-in lines were long. Aubrey at the front desk was kind and helpful, but our room wasn't ready, so we went straight to the water park, which was standing room only. The lazy river and wave pool were filled shoulder-to-shoulder. Our room matched the online description. A TV in the kids' area and a curtain for privacy would have been nice. No safe meant we had to lock electronics in the car. Housekeeping was friendly and kept the room clean. The water park had poor ventilation and an overwhelming chlorine smell, so we were glad for other amenities. My daughter loved the zip line, and as a family we enjoyed bowling and mini golf. Arriving early the second day made the water park much more enjoyable--we were able to get chairs and ride the slides before the crowds. Restrooms stayed very clean despite heavy use. Food was the biggest letdown. We waited 25 minutes for nearly cold burgers while staff stood around. The pizza was even worse, with little cheese and only six pepperoni slices--our nine-year-old barely touched it. The breakfast buffet (which we prepaid) was the best dining option, with hot food, eggs to order, and decent savings compared to paying at the restaurant. After the pizza experience, we picked up food from Publix nearby. Other chain options are also close. The Ultimate Fun Pass was a highlight, giving us unlimited bowling, mini golf, zip line, and drink refills. Overall, our kids had fun, and we had a chance to relax. However, for the price and crowds, I'm not sure we'd return--especially since we have other vacation options closer to home. read more

Not sure where to start, we were really excited for this Resort and we're so happy when they opened up in Naples, otherwise we would have gone to the location in Georgia. We were all ultimately disappointed and not because the Resort is horrible, but more on the expected experience. The indoor water park is really small, not at all what we expected. The lazy river is a joke!!! .... I mean it's super small and the wave pool is no bigger than my community pool. They had some cool water slides but again we have been to other parks with way better slides. Honestly, we had more fun at the outdoor pool, but that is available in any Hotel/Resort. The Resort is nice and clean as you would expect being that the location was recently opened in Q3 of 2024. Perhaps my kids are too big to enjoy this Resort (16 & 10), I can see younger kids having a better experience, but if you have been to other water parks it may still disappoint. The indoor activities were also meh at best, the interactive wand experience is quite limited, I mean the kids can complete the attraction in a matter of minutes, the arcade is super small, the obstacle course was quite cool and was probably the best attraction in the Resort. The food options are horrible, the Fireside restaurant is way overpriced for what you get, so we opted to venture out to grab food, but the surrounding area is also limited on what's available. The story time is very cool, nice effects but more for younger kids. I heard other Great Wolf Lodge locations are way bigger so unsure why this new location was so small in comparison. If you have older kids like mines, you're better off going to the Rapids in WPB or Volcano Bay/Aquatica/Typhoon Lagoon/Blizzard Beach in Orlando, which is a hundred times better for the same price range (this place is not cheap!!). At the end of the day, we came but we will not visit again, it's a one and done event. Hope others are able to enjoy but once you visit other water parks in Florida (which we have plenty off) it leaves this place undesirable. read more

After going to the one in Charlotte a year ago, we went to the one in Naples since it's only a couple hours away from where we live. The lodge is a great experience for all ages. Our family of four enjoyed our stay. We scored a deal online with it being 40% off if we stayed 2 or more nights booking it 3 months in advance. The room is spacious. We stayed in the Wolf Den suite, which had a bunk bed, queen bed, and a pull out sofa bed. It included a microwave, fridge, TV, plenty of drawers, and counter space. I wished there was a balcony in the room since it would have helped to dry our wet bathing suits quicker. The water park is included for each guest that is staying there and it includes a lazy river, few water slides, wave pool, a couple of swimming pools, and a splash playground area. There is an option to get the pass, which is an additional cost and it includes most of the activities. It has an arcade, Build a Bear, bowling, mini golf, and other things for fun. There is an app that you can order food from while you were at most of the restaurants on site. It was a nice feature in case you don't want to leave the lodge and eat it in your room or at tables that are nearby for seating. It tends to be pricey though for the extra convenience. read more

One of the newest places to open is the Great Wolf Lodge in Naples. The Lodge is an indoor waterpark featuring a lazy river, tubing, a wave pool, a kid's area, and several slides. In addition, there are cabanas, a small shop, and a food concession stand. A sizable outdoor pool with cabanas is also available. Every water area always has lifeguards on duty. In addition, there are indoor non-water activities like bowling, an arcade, zip lines, ropes, and climbing nets. These activities come with extra expenses. There is a food court, ice cream area, Dunkin Donuts, The Fireside restaurant, and a retail store with a Build a Bear. The Grand Lobby offers free kid-friendly activities every day. Although the Lodge offers very clean and well-maintained themed rooms, you will need to carry your own bags up and down as there is no service for that. Dropped in for the day... and met up with my sis and her family for my nephews bday. Place is busy .. was surprised to see how many ppl there were. They have multiple experiences going on in different areas, so you can go fpr one or get a paclege to experiences mpre than one. Its def a family.. esp child geared resort. My sister stayed for 2 days so they got a room. The kids really enjoyed the water park and I even found a couple of slides that I liked. One issue id mention was the bar inside was very slow and the one outside was having technical issues so they weren't servicing anyone which maid the inside bar even slower. I'd say the major critique i have for the water park... while I def understand with the sheer number of people they need to keep the water highly chlorinated.. but the smell was so strong in the air.. that it was actually irritating my eyes before I even went in the water.. it was so strong I had to go to the outside area for breaks of fresh air. So if u are sensitive to strong chemical smells you should keep that in mind. I think getting better ventilation for that enclosed space would really go a long way in bettering the experience. read more

Great hotel, Waterpark in Naples. Been open for a year and finally went. Beautiful place with lots to do. There is a mini golf course inside under the adventure park which has zip lines and rope course. The indoor Waterpark is awesome, smell of chlorine is noticeable, but what can you do. There is also an outdoor pool and spas and bar. The indoor bar is nice with lots of local beers on tap in the restaurant. The atmosphere is very cabiny. I do wish the rooms opened up to the indoor part with an atrium like some hotels. Prices are high, but reasonable enough to go. Fun place. Will go again. read more

We have visited a couple Great Wolf Lodges and were very excited for one to open a bit closer to home. We visited for one night for my daughters birthday. We had 2 adults and 5 children and booked one of the family suites. Driving up, we noticed this was much smaller than other properties, which aside from the suite and outdoor pool, you didn't notice as much inside. We arrived around 11am to use the water park, knowing our room shouldn't be ready until around 4pm. The lobby was packed, we joined the long line to check in, after a few minutes an employee told us that we could check in at the kiosk instead. We went over, and checked in, our wristbands printed from the kiosk where we were able to select who could make charges from the kiosk and who could use it to open the room. In the past, we got our wolf ears from the check in, but the kiosk didn't mention anything. It took bit to find an employee (aside from the four at the counter, very busy helping other guests) to ask about it. We were told to go into the store. We went in and grabbed ears for our party and headed out to the water park. While smaller than other GWLs we have visited, this one has much much more to do, everything at an extra cost. Previously we had purchased additional passes, we did not this time, so I can not comment on the ropes course, mini golf, or bowling, except that they are very small, very crowded, and all kids doing them looked like they were having fun. We got in line to head to the indoor water area, kids got their heights checked and got their slide wrist bands, for the kids that needed them, and we headed in to change. The bathroom/showers in the pool area are huge and were kept very clean. Our older kids went off to ride slides over and over again, and my husband and I kept the younger one going between the three areas that were easy for smaller kids. It was easy to find each other, while it is crowded inside, there is a lot to do, so it never felt like you were waiting too long. The kids are used to places like Aquatica where you are waiting an hour for the slide you want, so they were happy to wait the 10-15 minutes for this slides. I grabbed a drink at the outdoor bar, charging to the room was quick and easy. The outdoor pool is pretty hotel standard, there were no slides outside, unlike other properties. It was a much calmer, more relaxing environment. Huge contrast to the excitement of the indoor water area. We have a pool at home, so we probably only spent a half hour of the trip at the outdoor pool. It is nice if you want to actually swim, rather than play in water inside. There were a few lounge chairs in the water on a shelf that were very nice. Around 2 we got a text that our room was ready early, and included our room number. By about 3, I rounded everyone up and we grabbed our stuff from the car and went to find the room. We had paid for the top (of 3, relatively affordable, but still pricy) birthday package that included a cake, a dining credit to use during our stay, but the main reason was decorations to surpise my daughter. As we walked to the room she saw the huge door banner and her eyes got wide, she was so excited. But no, that was the room across the hall, ours was empty. We went inside and no balloons, I left the husband and kids and went to get in line at the desk to ask. I waited about a half hour, the employees at the desk were hustling, there are only 3-4 it changed a couple times, and as far as I could tell the only way to ask questions about anything at the resort is at the desk or through the ap. I wanted to know then if we were in the wrong room, so I wanted inline. While in line I did chat through the app, but it seems to be a real person answering, so answers were on a delay. At the front, she said that we just had to wait for the birthday stuff someone would bring it. Ok. I went back to the room, kids started getting ready for dinner. About 45 minutes later two employees came and handed me the door banner and my daughter her card and balloons and said happy birthday. We decorated. It was all fine, but I would have much rather waited until the room was ready for the surprise than get into the room early and it feel like it fell flat. We ate in the tree top buffet for dinner. Everything was delicious, our server was wonderful, and it was pretty to eat under the "trees" our little one loved watching the screens in the trees to see how they changed. We have a couple allergies, and a couple picky eaters and everyone was able to find lots of options at the buffet. I don't know if it changes but we had an Italian leaning meal with orzo salads, chicken parmigiana, salmon picante, cannolis, soups, salad, and some stand bys at a kids resort like chicken nuggets and Mac and cheese. It's an indoor waterpark attached to a hotel. That's a WIN. Supposedly the air and water in the waterpark is heated to 84 degrees. I wish the water was a little warmer. Hotel is new and clean. My daughter and I decided to take a quick trip to check out the new Great Wolf Lodge in Naples. We absolutely loved it. Is it pricey - yes. But if you end up purchasing a wolf pass or some variation of an attraction pass, to me it's well worth it and you will find plenty of things to do. Now, my daughter is 8 years old and her height put her in the threshold where she could do most attractions on her own. If you have smaller children then you might struggle with them not being able to do all of the attractions. The water park was really fun, but I can see myself getting bored with it after two days. However we are Florida natives and have our own pool so for someone who doesn't swim a lot you might not get bored of it! Some other attractions they have are: mini golf, adventure trail, bowling, a magiquest, an arcade and one of those ropes courses up on top. We will definitely come back. The hotel is relatively new with only 5 months since opening and definitely needs some work in the sense of training employees and getting things in order but besides that the staff were all helpful when assistance was needed and the hotel itself was beautiful. The entire family of all ages enjoyed all the activities including the water park. Stayed 3 nights and didn't have the need to leave the hotel at all. There was enough entertainment for the kids and food was pretty decent for it being a hotel with so many people. Had a great time and would definitely love to return. read more

Not enough employees to keep common eating area near pizza pickup area clean and organized. 3. Buffet area much better organized and appealing to the eye. 4. Obvious lack of supervision and management presence. 5. Front desk check-in area once again, looks unprofessional and unwelcoming. 6. Probably "one and done" here, too many other places to go and spend same money for better quality, order, and feel-good experience. 7. Very clean and obviously brand new, but just don't feel that Disney-like magic. 8. Correct these flaws, and maybe you'll get better reviews. 9. Hello, just wanted to bring something up regarding our stay in NAPLES location from Aug 28 to 30. We have stayed in many hotels and water park Hotels and this is the first negative 1 star and complaint that am filling. Case Number: 1. First, we were trying to self checkin with the code on Aug 28 in one of the kiosk. We were not able to do that as it was brought up to our attention that the only way to self checkin is you have to select parking option. We took an Uber, so we did not need parking. The person who helped us said that we need to include parking and then he will take it off later. Some1 needs to check this process as it doesn't make much sense. 2. Then, we asked about the Wolf ears for my child at checkin, they directed us to an area where the only way to get those ears was to listen to the sales pitch about booking future vacations at other locations. This is not right! 3. Then, we had to haul out bags, as there are no bellhops! We go inside our room excited, and we see a roof(I will include the picture of room 3155) on the same level as our room! The hotel was at about 15 percent capacity at the time based on people in the pools, restaurants and lobby and they assigned us the worst view room in the hotel! After spending another 30 minutes talking to them, they said that we must pay more and upgrade to get a better view. This is really ridiculous. After back and forth, the finally gave us another room on 7th floor(7173). We carried our luggage's again to 7th floor, and we noticed that the bathroom wasn't flushed from previous guests(Descusting!) Again, the assigned us a room with the roof view although it was not on the same level as the roof this time. 4. We go have a breakfast buffet at Timbers at 11:05 and they tell us they are closed! The app shows that the close at 11:30am. They had to Bring out the manager and he basically said that the app has the wrong closing time and they close at 11:00. He was cool and still took care of us. 5. We tried to get Duncan Donuts donut for my daughter and we noticed that there were flies everywhere where the donuts were kept and stuck to the donuts! Yaks. We told that to the staff and all they said was that they will throw them out. 6. We paid for the Magi game and most of the machines were down! Waste of money. 7. Me and my wife noticed we had bites on our legs and arms. It looked like bed bugs bites! I will post pictures. We notified the staff, the manager and inspector came to our room and looked and said they couldn't see any bugs. Usually you would not see them as they hide inside mattresses. All he said was they will do a full investigation and let us know later what the found. Nothing was offered to us. 8. Had to get rid of 2 of my luggage's as precaution (see # 7) 9. No Balconies! 10. Tiny indoor water park compared to other locations. 11. All staff are mid school or Highschool! 12. Terrible food. read more

Amazing!!!! Everything was awesome just drinks and food a little pricey! But overall love it

Pros: Fantastic family atmosphere with tons of activities for the kids. The level of interactivity was unparalleled and the production value between cartoons and performances by staff were top notch. There was a phenomenal story time at 8 that literally brought the lobby alive. Then there as a dance party after that. The water park was beyond amazing especially considering it is all indoors. So many fantastic slides. The wave pool was small fry compared to what we are used to but perfect for little kids. The lazy river was packed but enjoyable. The ropes course was very fun if a bit daunting for younger kids but I think the coups de grace was the MagiQuest which kept the kids entertained for hours. Cons: Walls in the hotel room are paper thin. This seemed an insane oversight considering the clientele. Our hotel room neighbors were absurdly loud until the very late hours of the night and kept us awake far past a reasonable hour. Hotel staff did nothing to address this and quiet hours start at 11pm. For a kid oriented resort this was painful and nearly irredeemable. Food service was mediocre at best. The food was decent quality but the servers were often rude and unhelpful and clueless and seemed to not know what was going on. We were excited to check out this hotel and water park in Naples. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed all the amenities. This place is definitely for kids with some free activities as well as paid. Once making a reservation, lots of emails and texts were arriving closer to our stay. I highly recommend getting one of the paw passes because you do end up doing everything more than once. The water park is great but I wish the water temperature was a few degrees warmer. Towels are provided and there are lockers to secure your stuff. Bring a sweatshirt or a robe because it is really cold once you are finished and its a bit of a walk back to your room. The ropes course is really cool and you can stay up there as long as you want. The bowling alley is also more fun than typical bowling so expect to play more than you imagine. The arcade has tons of the typical ticket games but it's really clean, bright and the staff were overly generous. We tried to avoid buying a wand but when your son sees everyone else doing it, forget about it and enjoy it. There is a Dunkin', ice cream store and a few restaurants, which you can mostly order on their app to avoid lines and wait times. The room is spacious with the bunkbed in a separate section but without a door. There is a refrigerator and coffee machine. Weekend was definitely busier than weekday but all the lines moved quickly and staff have been really friendly. The free activities like arts and crafts, yoga and dance parties were very well organized and fun. There are parking fees and a resort charge per day, which is annoying but typical for these types of hotels. We appreciated all the garbage cans in the parking lot and everywhere else. It was very clean with a lot of staff helping in each section. We all had lots of laughs and fun and probably will return with our wolf ears on. read more

After being a guest at many other lodges this lodge has much to work on. If one was a first time guest one may leave with mixed emotions due to the financial difficulties this lodge has. Yes the water park was a great experience for the kids as was magic Quest. I really enjoyed the layout and design which appeared superior to the other lodges. The entertainment staff was by far the best compared to other GWLs. They interacted with the kids and even those kids that sit on the outside looking in were enjoying themselves. The programming was extremely fun. The legend of Luna was amazing. The only criticism I would give for the entertainment staff is to make the entertainment more different each day. The selection of entertainment is the same every day not enticing one to want to spend more than a day or two at the lodge. However, in comparison to the Williamsburg location Naples falls way below expectations. Magic Quest was more contained but it just was not as memorable as Williamsburg. However as a parent of both young kids and teen kids Naples magic quest would be more desirable for the younger children, whereas Williamsburg would appeal to the preteens and older. In comparison to Charlotte NC or Right outside of Atlanta GA Naples falls again below when it comes to their dining as well as home made candy and fudge. When it comes to those who are frequent to GWL Naples just does not welcome you back like all the other lodges. Perhaps they are just too new or the staff does not know what the other lodges do. One thing one must agree on is Naples certainly keeps their lodge clean. The rooms were immaculate as was the water park; well at least the inside waterpark. The outside pool was clean but their bathrooms outside were filthy. As for their discounts for those that purchased the lifetime refillable cups Naples does not honor that promotion. Naples also does not fully honor their Veterans discounts. In defense on the upper management we did address the discounts policy and were told that they would retrain the staff that denied the discounts. Would I return? Perhaps I will but it will be at least 6 months to give their staff time to mesh with what the other lodges do. Do I like their parking? Not at all one should not have to pay for parking if they are overnight guests. I get the parking costs for day guests but not overnight. This was the first lodge where we experienced having to pay. Again management did credit our parking due to being on a promotion but I'm not certain about the desire to return if they maintain charges for parking. My final complaint was the disorder of their Dunkin Donuts. One must order from a kiosk and employees will not accommodate those with disabilities without making them feel uncomfortable for asking. It's great to have Dunkin available but it certainly does no justice when it is a bother to have assist a guest. read more

Extremely disappointed with our experience at Great Wolf Lodge, and it was almost entirely due to the lack of customer service. We waited nearly an hour in line just to reach the front desk because they were clearly understaffed. After finally getting to check-in, I explained that I had just lost my physical ID but had a clear photo of it on my phone. Instead of offering any level of understanding or solution, the staff was immediately rude and dismissive. The supervisor on duty, Caitlin, was especially unprofessional. She repeatedly told me their policy is "black and white," that it was not her fault I lost my ID, and that I could not check in under any circumstances without the physical copy. She also stated they could not offer any refund. She was fully prepared to turn me and my three children away with no resolution after I had already paid nearly $1,800. There was no effort to problem-solve, no attempt to escalate, and no willingness to help. I even asked for a higher-level supervisor and she refused to provide that information. Her tone was passive-aggressive, and it was very clear that guest experience was not a priority. What made this even more frustrating is that when I left to search my car and thankfully found my ID, I returned to check in with a different employee. He was kind, professional, and all he did was briefly look at my ID. It was not scanned or verified in any special way, just visually checked, which proves that some level of discretion could have been used from the beginning. Additionally, the property itself did not feel well maintained. There was broken glass from an alcohol bottle outside near the front entrance where families were taking photos, which is completely unacceptable for a place centered around children. I understand policies exist, but there is always room for basic human decency and problem-solving, especially when a family is involved. The way this situation was handled was unacceptable, and it reflects very poorly on management. We will not be returning. read more

We stayed at Great Wolf Lodge in Naples and honestly, it was underwhelming. For the $800 price tag, we expected a more polished experience. The rooms are very mid--think basic hotel chain vibes with a few wolf-themed touches. The water park, while large, felt chaotic and unorganized. The only real highlights were the two big family slides, which were genuinely fun--but everything else was either overcrowded or hard to access due to the seriously limited seating. Between the long lines, lack of chill space, and general disarray, we couldn't help but feel like we overpaid. For the same price, we could've done Volcano Bay with a much smoother, higher-quality experience. Not worth the hype. And don't even get me started on the food--absolute trash. Overpriced, low-quality, and just...sad. For what we spent, we could've had a way better time (and better food) at Volcano Bay. Save your money. read more

We couldn't wait to try this place. It's definitely a great addition to Naples but definitely need to work out a few kinks. The check in took forever. When we got to our room, the bathroom was locked. When housekeeping came, they didn't refill the coffee, and Dunkin donuts line is too long . The pros are all the indoor amenities . The wand game which is extra, mining extra, indoor ropes course, and indoor jungle gym, water Park which is included. Definitely great for hot summers in Florida. read more

Stayed overnight at Great Wolf Lodge because it was a better deal than one day pass to the water park, totally worth it. The room was clean and worked well for my family to have bunk beds (again, for less than a day pass). Of course they get you with parking, whatever, but the water park is worth every penny. I have two 3 year olds and a 1.5 year old and they all had an absolute blast. I can't speak to the restaurants much, we paid $40 flat for a breakfast voucher for my family of 5. Very much worth it, staff was friendly and helpful and the food all tasted good. Otherwise we ate offsite for dinner and brought in leftover Costco pizza for lunch, because resort prices. All the lifeguards were super friendly and interacted very kindly with my kids. Likely will be back! read more
