This place has gone downhill EXPONENTIALLY! the photos shown on this app are incredibly misleading. They're all outdated and none of them are remotely close to what you actually see. This place used to have crazy fun stuff like this waterfall in the pool for example. It felt luxurious and felt fun to be at even for all ages. But now every single aspect that was fun about the park has been stripped away. For example; the lazy river used to be fast and fun with buckets of water dropping on your head and water spraying and pouring above you with fun stuff to do with people everywhere, but now the river is fully empty and not one bucket or water pipes that leak water onto you are there. When I say zero I mean ZERO! Instead you've got this barren wasteland and husk of what it used to be. (Not to mention but the river is a bit TOO lazy. You barely move forward!) don't even get me started on the rebranding! There used to be this cool turtle guy who was the mascot and things were actually THEMED after him with like lily pads and turtle themed attractions; but now it's this stupid alligator guy who does not look welcoming or full of fun at all. Oh my god and the fountain sprinklers they used to have just don't even work. Like they're there but they just don't turn on at all and it used to be a big attraction there but now it's just dead. I can genuinely name 100 more things that were so much better then whatever lackluster amalgamation they have going on there. This park used to be fun and exciting, but everything that defined the park is gone. If you went there before it all went down the drain you'd know. It's really hard to explain how great this park used to be to someone who's only gone within the past year but it was truly magical. We need to get this park back to its former glory. But until this park gets its s*** together, don't go. read more

Sun n fun has been a great place for our our big family events for our church. Recently we had 150+ people spend the day at Sun n fun. Staff was great, pools and slides were wonderful. They are always accommodating. Is also just a great part to come with the family. It's affordable, appropriate for all ages, and staffed well. The biggest drawback is that you have to leave the park to get food, but I was told that a vendor we'll be there soon! Live this little gem in north Naples! We'll be back! read more

I went to this water park today and it is very decent. It's fun for about 3-4 hours and then you start getting bored. There's 5 slides and they're all pretty fun. There's a big lazy river. And their a huge pool in the right of the park. My complaints is however that the park was extremely cold. It is spring break and it was 65 degrees outside which isn't cold at all but for going to a water park it's like being in Antarctica. The pools aren't heated even though on the website it says the water stays 80-84 degrees at all times. The lazy river is quite dirty. There was some bugs and leaves in there. The bathrooms and changing rooms were very clean. The slides are the most fun part of the park. The bigger looking one that requires you to go on with a floaty is the best and I also really like the side one. The lazy river is the most warmest for some reason. Hope it's not pee........ Overall a decent and pretty fun waterpark only if you are cold resistant and if you like slides and lazy rivers. read more

Absolutely fabulous place! What a great discovery! The lazy river pump is currently broken but the entry fee is only $8!!! I paid hundreds for a lot less of a water park at the Ritz in Bonita. Must visit. Kids stayed allll day and asked to come back the next day. Food trucks in the parking lot, lifeguards everywhere! Super fun and pretty clean. Other kids are surprisingly well behaved. Went july 5th. Much of the park was closed, but they did discount the admission to $8. Family pool, half the lazy river( the good half with the water features), and the little fountain for the little ones to run thru. Was here about 8 years ago and not much has changed. The park is tired now, Little disappointing to be honest. It's best days are behind it without a refresh. Spend some money collier county. read more

This place is terrible unless you want to get sent to the hospital and catch an illness and get swollen stomach I suggest you NEVER GO HERE. this place is dirty the sprinlers were not working the park was dirty and the pools were EXTREMELY COLD. we came to this place a previous year and In the pool there were these big pretty islands inside the pool. But now we have gone back and the islands are completely gone and no we're to be found. in the kiddy pool in the pictures there are floating turtles to play on but in reality they are no where to be found and instead have been replaced with a cold pirate ship that only shoots water out of 3 holes even tbough there are 7 holes. This pace is a SUCKED. they have to food inside the park But don't even think of bringing snacks because guess what it's not allowed I mean what water park does not even have a place for kids and parents to eat? It did have food trucks but they were all the way outside by the entrance so you have to take your wet kid all the way to the front get a wrist band to be able to get back into the park which is just an extra task. The water looks like it has not been cleaned in a while which is discussing because a buch of people come there every day. unless you feel like spending the day in a dirty, no food and cold water this place is for you. read more

What-A-Nightmare!! We drove 45min to get there, stood in line for about 20 min waiting to get in. The lady at the box office was in a horrible mood for working at a place like this. Once we got through the gates to the toddler section there was NO shade!! Only a couple umbrellas which people had crowded under. We got our daughter into the splash park and literally 5 min later the storm/lightning alarms went off and they made everyone evacuate the the park. They offered your money back only if you kept your receipts and wanted to stand in line outside with the lighting for another 20 min...we decided the money wasn't worth it. They also don't allow coolers so you get dehydrated in the hot sun and the only place to eat is a nasty food truck in the parking lot that serves grease. Don't make the same mistake we did thinking this would be a fun day. read more

What happened to this place- the lazy river should not have been open- it was so dirty- the tiles- physical dirt in the pool- and it was barely flowing. The whole park has been neglected- so many things were broken and not working. It's really too bad and now only open on the weekends- so really no excuse for the conditions. read more

Honestly, not worth the price to get in!! There are way too many options in SWFL area to pay that much for a waterpark! When I took my son and nephew, there were two slides that were not working. The bottom and grout of the kiddie pool looked dingy and dirty. The lazy river was very dirty!! The bathrooms were clean. There were plenary of lounge chairs. Great potential, missed the mark. No food or drink allowed inside park. Why? Not even a water bottle for my kids at a water park? Also, to ride ANY slides you have to be 48 inches tall. Why would you build water slides that kids can't ride? I can understand some bigger rides for bigger kids, but zero slides for 4-6 year olds? My five year old daughter was crushed. Also, watched a child get the wind knocked out of him on the high dive and the life guard was too busy telling a child he couldn't wear goggles to notice. They didn't let other kids wear life jackets in the splash pad area, not sure why. This place could be awesome but has way too many rules. I have to start this review by informing everyone that I am a 24 year old woman. And with that said... Woohoo, hooray, yippppeeee! It wasn't the most excellent water park I've ever been to of course; it's not extremely modern. But even so, I found it to be an excellent time. We went with our 13 year old cousin and he loved it too. Five water slides - one of those being an inter tube slide that spits you out right into the Lazy River. I thought that was pretty neat. It's the first time I have seen that type of design, but I'm probably just sheltered. The other slides were pretty fast and just an enjoyable ride all around. The slits in the slide's tubes did bother my lower back a little, but if you sit up a bit further it doesn't bother you as much. There is a kiddie pool, diving pool, two lane lap swim, family pool of four feet, and a little play area with big foam frogs. You're supposed to make it the whole way without falling off as you're being blasted with water guns. If I was still 8 years old I would have spent the entire day there lol. The lazy river had two different sections - one had tons of different waterfalls spitting on you and one of those buckets that fill with water and randomly soaks someone. That someone was me. It was fun. The other side was water spicket-less but very relaxing. There are lockers for a quarter which I think was a really good deal in comparison to most parks I've been to. That's usually where they suck money out of you. It was only $12 admission for adults and I thought that was a terrific deal. Add to that the coupon you can find online for 20% off and it's only $10+ instead. I would recommend this place for sure. I had such a great time and plus, climbing those stairs to the slides a ton of times is one GREAT workout :) read more

I had a really nice time here and I don't even have kids! The lazy river was fun and relaxing with plenty of entertainment within itself. I like the slide that you can go with a tube. The swimming lessons are pretty great! Absolutely love Jasmine! They are friendly to children and families of different swimming ability, and work with children well. They are really good instructors who pay attention to where your child is at in the range of each level - you just have to let them know. The manager is phenomenal; receptive wirh great communication! Would recommend the swim lessons! The facilities are a different story. The bathrooms - men's - has pee on the floor some days and stinks. Also: No outside food and drink allowed, little food station is closed weekday mornings and the vending machines don't work. They steal your money - same company for both so can be $4 per family lost - and staff knows about it. Sun'n Fun Lagoon doesn't refund it, they just take your name and give you the name of the Vending Company who doesn't answer their phones or check voicemails (vm box is full). This is a nice little recreational spot for the family on a hot summer day! I'd bring my family here often if I lived here. Very affordable, something for every age group, clean, and the food's great! I would have rated it 5 stars, but I didn't like not being able to eat my food under the umbrella I was sitting (you can't take the food from the concession area) and the concession has a LOT of flies in the area where the food is cooked/prepared. Our family has been to a lot of different water parks. For the price, especially if you plan on staying for the day, it's a good value. However, the no cooler rule is just bad. As for the water, it's filthy, and they need to do more to clean it. Most importantly, there are serious safety issues that need immediate attention. The first is the dire need for improved non-slip surfaces. There are a lot of options out there that are cost effective and work well. My sons and I walked carefully and still slipped and fell at base of slide stairs, as well as the stairs themselves, and the topmost platform. The bridge to the lazy river and slides is also a catastrophe and is such an easy fix. We mentioned this to several guards and they said they'd work on it... and NO, a little spray and scrubbing won't do. The powers that be are just begging for lawsuits if they allow this to continue. Seriously, please do something about this. Also, I'm 6'1" and weigh 200 lbs, and every time I went down the tubeless slides, my back, head, or both hit the bottom of pool as I exited. It's way too shallow, and poses a serious risk due to a clear design flaw. Please fix, our family loved this place, otherwise. read more

This park has declined over the years. The floating devices are old and stained, and there is not enough for everyone during busy days. It still needs more shade. There is only 2 umbrellas, and not enough chairs. The lifeguards don't really seem to care. Children obviously crying and feeling distressed after sliding down the slide were Ignored by the lifeguard on duty of that area. Parents of another child intervened to help that child. For the lazy river you are supposed to use a floating device to get In and be on top. Now that's not enforced so children and adults just dive under the people on the floats or walk. If you are on the floating donut you can't see them so I accidentally hit a kid that dove under me as I was floating on the river :( Kids waiting in line were hacking loogies and spitting them towards the people going down in the open slides, the people in charge of that slide didn't stop them. They have park food, so expect it to be meh and overpriced. (Pizza, pretzel, ice cream) There is is a diving pool (13ft) with two different jumping heights, an everyone pool 3 to 4 ft, a kids pool with floating turtles, and a tadpole pool which is no depth and separated from the rest by a gate so you don't lose your little ones. This place is perfect. Not too big and not too small. Real manageable to track your kids. My kids and I frequent Florida. We love the beach and the sun. Sometimes when we tire of getting sand in our crotch we go pools and water parks. So glad to have found Sun N Fun Lagoon on yelp. Yelp, once again you steered me to the right direction. Been there a couple of times already with our three teens...$13 a head for a whole day's worth of family fun under the sun...can't do better than that! It's not huge, but it has a little of everything, from the lazy river and slides to a diving board and a few different pools for different ages and crowds. If I could add anything, it would be more shady areas. The food is cheaper than other water parks ($12 for a 12" pizza, $5 cheeseburgers, $5 unlimited soft drinks). $5 all-day lockers and free parking. Bring your own towels and sunblock. On a recent visit to this water park, it started raining shortly after we arrived. The management offered a raincheck for anyone who entered the park at or after 11:00am. We arrived at 10:38am, and were refused a raincheck. The person in front of me who arrived at 10:50 WAS issued with a raincheck. I paid $102.82 to get into the park and was planning on a day out with my family. I am not in the position to waste this kind of money on just over an hour of 'Fun & Sun'. I asked to speak to a manager, who wasn't at all interested that I was upset about this situation and told me that he didn't care whether or not I decided to come back!! Customer service is awful. I wasn't asking for a refund, just a raincheck so that we could come and enjoy what we had just paid for! What a waste of money! There is no way I could ever return because of the fear of wasting another $100+ and a car full of disappointed children! Disgraceful! You should be ashamed of yourselves Fun & Sun Lagoon. read more

We went to fun and Sun Lagoon Sunday, February 15 which was opening day. It was a great disappointment. we have been for the last two years and it's been great! This year the place is run down, the bathrooms are filthy, there are not enough tubes, and the ones they do have are dirty and under inflated. Two of the main attractions for the smaller children were closed down. They did give somewhat of a break on the admission because of it. It would seem that for opening day they had plenty of time to repair the facility and get it in running condition. We are a family and new to Naples and we were delighted to discover Sun N Fun. A very cool, pun intended, water park. Great for kids and adults. 5 water slides, pools for all ages, splash area and a fun Lazy River. Amazing for the price, so much to do. The lifeguards on the slides are so engaged and having fun, great to see. Also, the food concession had great poolside food at reasonable prices. All in all a great affordable experience, I still can't believe that such a wonderful facility is owned and operated by a county (Collier) government system--That is impressive! read more

Sun N Fun is an okay water amusement park but like if I'm being real with you guys, the water in the Lazy River is always freezing. I will not stand for it. It is expensive to get in so where is all the money going? Invest in some heaters for your Lazy River, please. I cannot relax in there. Also, there's a lot of small kids here that make up the majority of the lines for the lilypads and i suggest there should be a second lilypad line for adults. read more

They have good slides and a nice diving board but all the water is filled with bugs leaves and dirt and the only heated pool is the diving board pool which you must get out of in 30 seconds.The food is overpriced but good. read more
