The meals were satisfying for both my mother and me. Her steak and peppers had other vegetables to round out the pallet of the retired home ec teacher. Her Egg roll was nice and crisp. My Hunan shrimp with black bean sauce was as good as I remember. The crab Rangoon was fresh- nice and crisp plus fully loaded. I hope they are able to find more workers.
