The egg rolls were the largest I've seen at any restaurant in town. The service was quick, but the restaurant could benefit from some fine-tuning. The only downside was the 79-cent charge for using my credit card; other than that, everything was great.

Came to dine in and the experience was not what I expected unfortunately…read more We have eaten here before but it has been take out and let me tell you service is EVERYTHING when you go out to eat. It was a party of three and we ordered our food and one person got their food in 5-7 minutes and the rest took 20+ minutes. By the time we got our food the other person had asked for take out box LOL. I had the pad thai and it was cold and flavors not good at all. (I have eaten it before and it did not taste the same) We also ordered Ramen and it was good. I did not eat the Pad thai and asked if it could be compensated and they only took off 15% of the meal. Overall this place might be great for take out but is mid for dining in. My two cents are service needs to be on point and food needs to be consistent. Hopefully next time we try it will be better.

After a long day, I did not want to make the 20 minute drive back to pick it up; which would ultimately turn into 40 minute round trip and cold food. I immediately called and told them I didn't receive a sauce and if they would do something next time I ordered considering that without the sauce, the chicken is useless. They declined and said they would not offer anything. In my opinion, bad service and the inability to fix a problem of their own fault is just unfair business.

*update May 17, 2026…read more The local manager reached out and I'm impressed. No excuses, but an apology and they are sending a gift card. Here's what I value--old school customer service--I will try them again when we travel that way because they reached out to do the right thing. I'm hopeful and will give them another try. The folks there were frantically trying to fill orders and I'll give them credit. However, when we picked up our order (it wasn't ready on time), it was wrong, awful quality and ended up being inedible. The pulled pork lacked flavor, the portions of the sides was small and the Brunswick Stew was nasty. And I love Brunswick Stew. The pecan pie was some kind of gross blob of gel that tastes nothing like pecan pie. I'm so utterly disappointed. For context, we'd been traveling all day and just wanted some comfort food in our bellies and rest up for the rest of our trip. Such a bummer.
