Kung Pao chicken was great but a little on the mild side with spice which isn't abnormal as a lot of places will do this to play it safe. The strip mall this is in is dilapidated to a certain degree and appears to be in a working class non gentrified area but doesn't feel unsafe.

The man that took my order at the counter was nice enough and thanked me on the way out. The chicken and vegetables were quite warm and spicy as they should be. The veggies were tender and cooked nicely. The chicken was like velvet in my mouth and practically melted! The egg roll was warm and crunchy outside and the inside was flavorful. The only issue I have is that they take online orders from Clover, but Clover won't take the order until 11 am when they open at 10:30. Probably not a big deal overall. All in all, a great meal at a reasonable price.

A nice extra would be some fortune cookies thrown in, like a lot of places used to do. A few points to keep in mind. 1. Never order beef dishes. They tend to be the lower cuts, very tough and chewy. That is often the case with Chinese takeaway places, though. 2. The young girl who is often there taking orders appears to be absolutely miserable. Never smiles, rarely can get a word out of her. No impact on stars, just something I find rather odd. I hope she is not a prisoner.
