Larry was able to use photos that I provided to determine the work that needs to be done to my sofa damaged in a move.. Although it will be an upholsterer, that I will actually need to contact, he was able to provide me with referrals. I can honestly say that given our conversation, I am sad that he will not be actually be the one doing work for me. I would encourage anyone thinking of using Precision Leather to do so.

No apology for him showing up 20 plus minutes early without warning while I was attempting to prepare the work for him, which is unprofessional in its own right. A disconnect in the difference in work is understandable, but there was more than one piece in my original email. The tone of the employee in my home ensured it didn't matter what he offered, he is not fit for this job. There was also not blue tape throughout the house, there was blue tape in two rooms, on five total pieces of furniture, two of which you already had photos of. Trying to defend yourself in the yelp review without even the decency to apologize for the character of your employee is embarrassing. Especially along with the fact that you're lying about the amount of items in my original email and the amount of markings in my home. Nor did you even acknowledge how the employee treated me in my own home. I'm happy to provide my email and yours as proof here that you were not clear about the pricing nor the amount of work you were doing.
