The designer didn't want to engage with someone of such a "charming" but too low of a budget and shared that they didn't want to work with us because we weren't worth his pocket allowance. His language and demeanor for why he wouldn't work with us hurt our family and was shared while we were in our family room- we weren't expecting it and came to Abruzzo very excited with possibilities. I wouldn't recommend them to people who are exited about building something new or forming trusting relationships with people in your home.

The team there was helpful in designing what we wanted and made some good recommendations. The cabinet measurement appointment and installation were smooth. We haven't had any issues. Pricing was reasonable, I shopped around before I went here and compared pricing afterwards as well. We are now waiting on the countertop install which is on track for next week! Everyone we worked with there Ulysses, David, and Christine were responsive and helpful.

Oopppss our sales lady forgot to order them... so the 10 days went to more like 3 weeks. They finally came in, we haven't built them yet... but hopefully quality stands up. We asked for an estimate on another set of cabinets. We were told they'd be about a 50% markup from the lower end cabinets. we called back 3 times to inquire about the estimate and were given excuses as to why the company hadn't processed the estimate. When the estimate finally came back it was 150% above the lower end cabinets. Ugh! Ugh! Ugh!

The original design didn't work with the space as the floors were uneven. The rep came back out with technician and came up with a solution that worked. We weren't able to get it in before the end of the year because we didn't know how uneven the floor was until it was self-leveled out. Glad they were able to come up with a successful solution. The carpenter they used was great and a perfectionist. Once that was done and notified that the glass was cut and ready for installation. Enrique and Andrew came out prompt, professional, and completed the installation within half the time of the allotted window. These have only been installed for a couple of weeks, but so far we are very happy with the investment, service and quality of work. This is the 2nd order I have placed with Creative Mirror & Showe and would definitely recommend them to others and use for future projects.
