Delicious burgers and fries! My husband and I made a stop here for dinner! We love that the Amazon lot offers free parking after work hours and on weekends (the parking attendant said it's to help boost businesses!) We ordered at the kiosk and our order quickly came out. Burgers were solid! A little on the small side for the price but tasty and the fries were delicious. We also got a soda to share and they had so many unique flavors!

The person who took our order was awesome! She had such a great disposition and was so helpful. We got the Great State Veggie Burgers without cheese (vegans)and with caramelized onions, and they were pretty good. We got onions rings and fries, as well. It was super busy, but we managed to snag a hightop. We didn't have to wait too terribly long for our food. I wouldn't say this is the most amazing veggie burger I've ever had, but it was completely acceptable as a last stop before heading home.

This was my first visit to Great State Burger. The location looked vibrant, and the food smelled good, so we thought we'd give it a try. The kid at the counter was very patient and helped us choose what to order. We ordered two great burgers and fries. I wanted my burger without cheese, but I received a cheeseburger anyway. Rather than complain, I just ate it. The food was okay. I liked the burger, but it was hard to tell whether or not it was actually good because all I tasted was the cheese. My sister prefers cheeseburgers, and she thought the burger was pretty decent. We both thought the fries were just ok. They definitely could have been better. They tasted a little weird to us but couldn't pinpoint what was off about them. Personally, I didn't care for the ketchup either. The Jones soda wasn't our favorite, but we liked the lemon lime and the berry lemonade. The cola flavored one was gross. We dined in and found the experience satisfactory. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. There were ample seating options despite it being around lunchtime. I'd eat at Great State again if given the opportunity.

For a fast burger joint, this was satisfying. It's great that you can get a burger for under $10, but they are pretty small. The onion rings were pricy at $7, but they were amazing. Not too "oniony" and perfect crisp to them. Great location not too far from convention center and Amazon offices. Burgers and ingredients were fresh. Fast service and nice laid back casual ambiance. I would come back again and try the milkshakes. The state burger sauce was also great on my burger.

I tried the seasonal burger and it was decent. My only comment would be that the patty was pretty dry. But I liked the interesting flavor combo. I tried some of my friends fries and they were great! I think I'd comeback if I were in a pinch.

2 burgers, 1 fry, 1 onion ring for $50.73. Are. You. Kidding. Me.? You're a fast food joint. I can get the same for less at El Guacho.

It's still a pretty average place. I ordered a burger and they forgot the tomato and lettuce, so it was very plain. The portions are still small as usual and I don't like how they charge an extra dollar for caramelized onions. I do like their milkshake though. I got their chocolate malt shake this time and it tasted like melted chocolate ice cream which I love.

Easy, inexpensive meal for four. Burgers nowadays can be $20 easily and it's nice to get a tasty simple burger for 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of most places. Tasty fries- not too salty. The wait was short and tasty smaller burger and fries hit the spot. They also can provide lettuce buns if you cannot eat the buns- they don't have GF buns but the lettuce is a good option and don't charge extra for it like other businesses. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Extremely overpriced fast food. This place is a joke they make it look like in their advertisement you're going to get a really big juicy Quality burger instead you get something that's equivalent to the size of happy meal or Dick's hamburger. I can eat at a legitimate burger spot such as Red Robin kid Valley or decent restaurant and get a way bigger better burger for a better price! The workers were not friendly not attentive the food came out really slow. Two burgers one fries and one drink came to over $47! That is insane. They literally wanted $15 for a regular size milkshake. And they only have the basic milkshake flavors. The french fries taste exactly like elementary school french fries or hospital cafeteria. The fries are the regular frozen crinkle cut french fries you can buy at your grocery store. Never going back I would not recommend this restaurant whatsoever. The only good thing I have to say is that there is decent seating close by And they didn't charge me for ketchup.

Came here for breakfast, sadly enough for a burger. I had the hash brown and it is a patty that comes to catch up. Catchup and hashbrowns are the bomb. This person took my order was super nice, overall good food. BATHROOM REVIEW: there are two bathrooms, one person he's only. Do you need a code to get in, which I get because of all the truck people around that they want to take a vantage of a bathroom. Bathroom is super clean, and surprisingly well kept. Sit or squat? Sit!

The restaurant itself leaves a lot to be desired, but I'm not asking too much. I believe the owner said he was trying to revamp the place. I hope that the area comes alive in the future years, that should help. Here's the issue though, this is the slowest spot ever. I've waited 30 minutes for fries - FRIES. I don't mind waiting for food, but it should remain reasonable. There were only two or three people working, and one man did tell us this, but I need to be honest - this was on Super Bowl Sunday. No one was able to get anyone a beer from the tap for 40 minutes, the food took forever and it appeared that online orders were being prioritized (which makes sense, you make as you get orders coming in, but that puts your in person customers in an odd and sometimes frustrating position). To be honest, I probably wouldn't have minded as much if I just had some fries to snack on. I didn't mind as much this one time because I was just happy to find a place to watch the Super Bowl Half Time show, but other days, it's a little hard to look past. I wish this business the best, I live too close to not hope for its improvement! Looking forward to updating my review. At the end of the day, if you're hungry, it's late, this is your spot.

There was no garlic at all, but what I did get was a pretty large appetizer that did its job and more. The main dish, the hotstone beef bibimbap, was a lot worse. Firstly, this came with ground beef rather than the beef slices I was expecting. The rice at the bottom was dry like it should be in a clay pot, but lacking really any of that slightly-burnt, hard qualities that makes a clay pot rice what it is. It just tasted dry. But the ground beef was probably the worst part. It was dry, lacking in really any seasoning, and the portion was tiny. I'd finished the beef with still half the bowl remaining. This was not a bibimbap I would come back to at all. Overall, there are way too many better places in the international district for me to ever recommend this. 5/10

The oysters were the main draw for me, and they were totally worth the visit. Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. Overall, Old Stove Brewing is the perfect combo of good location, good food, and good beer. Definitely recommend a visit when in the Pike Place area!

We also got a round of beers. Or in my case I got their hard seltzer, which wasn't too bad, I would probably just get a light beer next time. Service was great outside! It's not my favorite Hawaiian by any stretch, but it definitely does the job for visitors to the food hall. Since the seating can be a little limited at lunch time, the first challenge is just simply finding a spot to sit. Avoiding the peak lunch hour is recommended, but this probably be better if traveling in a group. When in doubt, take it to-go. Teriyaki chicken ($14) is one of their most popular dishes and an obvious nod to Seattle's thriving scene. Their katsu loco moco ($16) is hearty with the gravy, but sometimes a bit too heavy with the green onions. Personally, I'm a fan of the kalua pork ($13.50) and the spam and eggs ($11.50), but the garlic shrimp ($18) was a bit lackluster. They also serve burgers, which are actually a bit underrated. Their double cheeseburger ($11) features nice size patties with a goop of American cheese. The musubi is nearly $4 each, but are also mini-bricks of spam and rice. Lastly, it doesn't take much to realize the prices might feel a bit high here. They're even higher on the website, which i would recommend using for most folks, but recently I noticed various selections are listed for hundreds of dollars each. Unless this is a catering order, it's just another example of another oversight. ____________ (#1) Uwajimaya is dope: https://www.yelp.com/biz/uwajimaya-seattle

A tip shouldn't be asked. Also when we ordered, we didn't know thy would bring out the meal so we stood inside for a while. They don't take your name or give you a buzzer so I'm not sure how they can keep track. Lastly, it took a while for us to get our food. It wasn't that busy but it looked like there was only one cook. Ambiance: the inside is TINY but it's a vibe. It's small and oddly shaped but the ceilings are high and it's sort of an industrial open concept. They have a small seating outside and a bigger patio seating on the side street. Napkins, utensils and ketchup are all the table which makes it easier. But the place gets packed so you might not even get a seat. Overall: I'd go back because the burgers were that good. But it's not going to be my go-to spot mainly because of the service.
