We feel very fortunate to have found Denzel and his family run company to address an avian encampment in the eaves of our home. We have had birds nesting in three corners of our roof line for a few years. Denzel cleaned out and cleaned up the abandoned nests and held back clearing one out because it still had baby birds in it. He will come back in a few weeks AT NO CHARGE to address that next when it is empty. But there's more. Denzel told us he was no carpenter, but he would do his best to close up the hole in the roofline. His father had been a carpenter, and he helped him since he was 7 yrs. old. His wood working and carpentry skills were excellent, so that you cannot even tell there had been damage to the eaves and roofline. He spent much more time doing the extra carpentry work then he quoted us for so I asked him what we should do to compensate him for the extra time, and his response was very reasonable. As was the original quote. He arrived on time, stayed way longer then he expected, cleaned up everything and will be coming back at no extra charge to finish the job. Old school work ethic. We couldn't be happier with his work, and hist extremely positive personality. Their services include Pest Control, including termites, Wildife Removal and also Services like Gutter Cleanouts and small Clutter Removals.

After requesting info and prices from several local "raccoon trappers," I knew Denzel would be the only one I would even consider. Therefore, after receiving more information from him via phone, I was asking him how soon he could get to my house! My intuition did not betray me. After weeks of raccoon havoc in a yard I had worked hard to beautify, I began investing in all kinds of "promised to work" remedies and gadgets. None worked, and I almost spent more on my do-it-yourself efforts that I ended up paying Denzel an extremely reasonable, fair, and well-earned trapping fee. I appreciate the confirmation text I was given the day before as well as a phone call when the movers were 15 minutes out. I love that type of accountability! I brought the majority of my business wardrobe (roughly 30 items) to Impressions upon getting a new job, and had several issues. The first time I got my items back, they had a VERY strong mildew odor. I brought them back, and spoke to a local manager who said bring them back for a comp-ed re-do. He said they had a machinery malfunction and water was poured into the machine when it should not have been and that he personally cleaned it out himself and now things would be fine. I told him it was a time sensitive problem because of this new job, I was going on a business trip, so I needed them back quickly. He told me it would only be a couple of days. Upon picking up my clothes again, they still had the mildew smell. I called the manager again, and he said to bring them back for a refund, and to call him when I got back into the store. Not 15 minutes later, I was back in the store, but now the manager was mysteriously unreachable. I spoke to the owner of the franchises (who sits in Richmond Hill) and he said that refunds were not an option in his business. He said the only option was to have the clothes cleaned again. I told him about my business trip as well, and that I literally did not have the available days to allow the clothes to be cleaned and that I do not trust them with my clothing. He told me I had no other options. He was not willing to give me a partial refund (the bill was $92.90) and the manager said that he could not issue a refund either. I spoke to the manager again, and he said because the bill was so large, he only thought it was a few items, that a refund was not allowable. I said to him, "so you're telling me you just ruined 30 items of dry cleaning [side note, total value of the items is over $3000] and that you have no option for me."
