First, the good news. The actual exterminators who work for Terminix are very good. They're respectful and knowledgeable. Now the bad news, their customer contact process is terrible. I can't ever get them on the phone. I've tried, three or four times. Also, you can't leave a message. After waiting on the phone for 40 minutes, I was cut off, the message was that they'd call me back. I have VOIP, for some reason, my phone does not pick up when they call. As a result, I can't communicate with them. It's very frustrating. I have not once had them answer a call in the past three months. Additionally, the communication between their contact center and exterminators is awful! When I finally did get through to someone at Terminex, I told them we had ground hornets and asked that they send someone out with a bee suit to take care of it. They sent three people out, none of them had the equipment to take care of the hornets. It was terrible. If you need an exterminator, I would highly recommend you find someone other than Terminex.

They wont let you cancel online, can't cancel through their portal, no way to do it in person, so all you can do is call, wait at least 16 min to get someone to answer only to have them tell you you have to be transferred to an account specialist, 1 hour 12 minutes and counting now. AVOID HAWX PEST CONTROL. Their service does nothing, we were told we can press 1 for a call back, then I emailed, called back, and did the "live chat". The chat bot told me their chat service was currently closed. By now, i will be passed the cancel date and they will charge for $199 with no more service. And when I called them out in the chat, somehow, no one knew what was going on. Yard now has more ants than before and more spiders in house than earlier. Told the yard wasn't treated. Huge change in bugs the wrong way.
