They wont let you cancel online, can't cancel through their portal, no way to do it in person, so all you can do is call, wait at least 16 min to get someone to answer only to have them tell you you have to be transferred to an account specialist, 1 hour 12 minutes and counting now. AVOID HAWX PEST CONTROL. Their service does nothing, we were told we can press 1 for a call back, then I emailed, called back, and did the "live chat". The chat bot told me their chat service was currently closed. By now, i will be passed the cancel date and they will charge for $199 with no more service. And when I called them out in the chat, somehow, no one knew what was going on. Yard now has more ants than before and more spiders in house than earlier. Told the yard wasn't treated.
