Unbelievable watching this carpet cleaning machine take away stains that were in my apartment before I even moved in! I also have 2 dogs, and one was a puppy who was not potty trained. I had a lingering odor from her and pee stains everywhere. Had them come in to clean it up, and I did not have a single pee stain left! I had red wine stains, and 2 bright yellow puppy urine stains, none of which are there anymore. So awesome. 10/10 recommendation. Customer service was also incredible. Thanks Elite!! read more
