This is a one person business with poor customer service that works in the Statesboro, GA/Savannah,…read moreGA/Maryland areas. I was quoted $100 to perform a basic cleaning in a ~800sqft apt. Although that was an expensive quote, I was willing to pay that price for quality service. Her service does not reflect the name of her company "Nooks and Crannies". She cleans like a teenager who was forced into cleaning their room. She vacuumed an area rug that we had in the living room and a dog smelling stench filled the room. I was disgusted. She did not clean the refrigerator, wipe baseboards, the TV in the bedroom remained dusty, sink in the bathroom was not touched, and the window sills despite discussing them at the time of the estimate. When I contacted her about it. She responded in the most unprofessional and inconsiderate manner. She responded "I can tell which clients are basically not going to be happy with anything that I do despite my efforts. I think we can both chalk this up as a one time experience not to be duplicated." At no time did she offer to rectify the issue or apologize.
