The flooring came in and was delivered to my home, which requires a 48hour acclimation period. After a week of getting the run around from their contract, whom were to install the flooring. I called them to cancel the deal, they told me that another contractor would be out to install the flooring the following week and it will take them two days to complete the task. He did come out, one person, instead of two days of installation it took seven days. Which means I had to miss over a weeks worth of work to allow him to enter the home. He would be in my home past 8pm most nights waiting for the store to pick him up. Spoke with the owner Don Dodsworth about the issue, he promised to compensate me for the extra time. I am still waiting for his call, as I have tried to contact him several times. Also there was extra boxes of unused laminate I asked the store if they would buy back, I am getting the run around on that as well. I will never do business with them again and DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE ELSE DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Once the wood had acclimated they took seven weeks to install the floor. Every weekend they took a three or four day weekend. On average they worked three hours a day. When I confronted their behavior Jeff gaslit me. He's full of excuses. The floor looks pretty but it wasn't worth the aggravation. I explained my situation to him. He was genuinely sympathetic, but said that his books were full for the foreseeable months and he would see what he could do. He then personally drove to our house and saw what we were up against! He got me a quote within a couple hours, and I couldn't believe the price he gave me for my 911 flooring situation! It felt like a friend and family discount! I immediately approved it! He called me later that afternoon and said that he shifted his schedule and could get us taken care of Thursday morning (1 day to family arrival)! A super friendly and professional crew of 5 showed up at 0930 and immediately got to work. They did such an amazing job that I had to give them each a sizable tip! They cleaned up everything inside and out and were gone by 1100 and we were left with a majestic makeover!!! I highly recommend this company!
