Von Hughes seemed to have all of the attributes I was looking for, and from what I could determine, they had the equipment and expertise to do the job correctly. Kirill made the pick-up experience extremely easy. We reviewed what needed to be done, including completely replacing the fringe that had deteriorated on a rug I brought back from Kathmandu several years ago. When he dropped the two rugs off a few weeks later, I couldn't have been happier. The large Oriental looked as good as it did the day I purchased it. The Nepalese rug was also spotless, and the new fringe was absolutely beautiful. The workmanship was incredible. I could not have asked for a better job. As someone with experience in the rug cleaning industry, I can honestly say that Von Hughes is World Class, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
