I desired some alterations to some business clothing and upon meeting Morella attempted to explain my request. Morella was barely attentive, bordering on dismissive, and engaged with the charisma of a used tire. The adjustments were completed at a price that seemed steep, but I'll admit that might be my subjective reflection based on her pretentious air and her inexplicable nonchalance. Truth be told, even her employees seemed a bit timid and Stepfordesque when she swept out from behind the curtain. When I receive Keshaunt's quote, I let him know via text that I had already hired someone else. He courteously responded to acknowledge, and to let him know if he could help me in the future. I waited for the selected plumber to respond for several weeks, which he never did. I then sent Keshaunt a text to see if he was available, and still interested in my project. He thanked me for recontacting him, and showed up precisely on time as scheduled two days later. He completed the job perfectly within two hours despite having to deal with convoluted drain plumbing which he had to partially remove and reinstall as part of the single lever faucet replacement. He carefully tested the faucet installation and drain system for several minutes to assure that there were no leaks. Keshaunt was very organized and precise with his workmanship, and left the work area as clean as he found it. Keshaunt is an extremely nice person as well as professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my family members.
