Dealing with pests in your home can be incredibly stressful and costly, but Pyramid Exterminators handled the situation swiftly and efficiently for a fair price. They provided rodent exclusion services, removed contaminated materials, sanitized the attic, installed new insulation, and offered knowledgeable, expert advice. Throughout the process, they were wonderful to work with and an absolute pleasure to have in our home. Support Georgia small businesses by giving Pyramid Exterminators & Wildlife a call. I want to share my experience with Yates Astro so other homeowners are aware…read more On multiple occasions, a technician came to my house without any prior notification that service was being performed that day. When I checked my Ring camera afterward, I saw that the technician only sprayed the front porch area and left within about 30 seconds. Despite that, I was billed for a full service that supposedly included both interior and exterior treatment of the home. This happened more than once. Each time, the footage showed the technician arriving, spraying only the front porch area very quickly, and leaving shortly afterward. There was no full perimeter treatment and no interior service performed, yet the charges reflected a complete service visit. I contacted the company to raise this concern and explained that I had Ring footage showing exactly what was done. I expected them to review the situation and either refund the charges or address the issue. Instead, I was told that the charges were still considered valid. That response was extremely disappointing. As a homeowner, you rely on service companies to actually perform the work they charge for. In this case, what I was billed for did not match what was done. Because of this experience, I would strongly recommend that customers monitor their service visits closely and review any camera footage if you have it. Transparency and trust are important when hiring a pest control company, and unfortunately my experience with Yates Astro did not reflect that.
