When I had to fill out a seller's disclosure in June 2020 I called their office to confirm that we were covered and they'd supply what was required and they said we were good to go. Now, at the 11th hour, when I requested the termite bond and letter they are unable to provide one and ask me to pay hundreds more?!? They apparently installed a garbage termite system. We feel completely ripped off. The irony is that we never had termites and termites have never been detected! I do not recommend them and their new company McCalls.
